They have amazing customer service and made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the second I walked in the door. I had a coolant leak on my bmw m550i, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and give me a price that beat competitors quotes (by quite a bit). Car was fixed and ready to go in 4 days. Jason and Greg are the best. There is a reason they have been in business for 20+ year and there reviews make a note of that. I will be back and I highly suggest anyone with a German vehicle to go by there place.”

“The team at Curb Appeal is full of regular people who go above and beyond. Each person I interacted with was patient, warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Both on the phone and in person.
There was a winter storm during the repair process (snow & ice lasting over a week). They did a great job tending to all the vehicles in their lot. Despite the weather, they kept me notified of time estimates and finished working on the vehicle in a timely manner. Faster than anticipated with the conditions. The vehicle was pristine when returned (someone also thought to make the inside look nice- placing the seats back up, putting the trunk cover in).
I called afterwards regarding a sound that was happening when the trunk was opening. They invited me to come right in and check it out. Upon arrival, they immediately recognized the cause and fixed the issue in moments. Justin & Tim even let me watch & learn!

“I was in a real bind and could not for the life of me get my old windshield wiper off on my driver side. I spent maybe 10-15 minutes trying to tackle it at home and ultimately decided to drive to the closest auto store to see if they would be willing to help. I explained I purchased my blades elsewhere and can absolutely replace them, I just need help getting the old one off. CJ asked no questions and was just happy to help me. We ultimately had to break the old wiper off and even though the new blades weren’t purchased there, he was more than happy to just go ahead and finish the job for me.
It’s going to be raining the next few days and CJ really came through and helped me (because the actual wiper broke off… it was the piece stuck to the j hook that I couldn’t get off, so I would have been wiper-less). I appreciate him and his time and his customer service deserves some recognition. Thanks CJ!”
