“I had a broken spring on my 18' garage door. First business I called came and raised door so I could get car out, but they didn't answer my calls or come again. Dixie Products was the answer. Office was very responsible and arranged for 2 techs to handle the problem. The head tech was very intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, and handled the broken spring (and everything associated with it) in about 45 minutes. Perfect job. Well done. And greatly appreciated from initial phone call to installation. From my experience, Dixie Products is a top notch company.”

“Nice little place. They seem to have a lot of stuff in that little facility. Almost everyone in there has been helpful in finding what I needed. Just 1 guy seemed put out that I dare ask him for some help. I have avoided him the past two times I have been in.I went there today for some electrical items. They had what I needed and didn't need any help finding it. I am really liking the small store experience. Don't get me wrong, the big boxes have their place and time when they are necessary, but the local place does well for a lot of items I need.”

“Love Lowe’s on Challenger Avenue. So much better than all the other Lowe’s and 1000% better than Home Depot. I needed help with finding a good push mower or weed eater and this nice gentleman by the name of John was a huge help! He was very detailed about what I needed and gave a great recommendation that has paid off tremendously. When you walk in your immediately greeted and given attention. For all of my home and yard needs I will be going to this Lowe’s.”
