“We just recently moved from Delaware to Virginia, and on our way back Delaware for an important meeting, I had a flat tire. Luckily, I saw this Shell Gas Station with repair services. I spoke to the guy at the counter and asked if they can fix my flat asap because I have to drive back to Delaware for an important meeting. At first he said 45 mins but will see if there’s anything he can do. Went back to my vehicle and 2 mins after, a mechanic walked towards me and fixed my tire. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry that I wasn’t able to get the name of the guy, but hey, you got another customer because we moved 2 mins away from the shop. Thank you for being considerate.”

“I stopped in on thursday on my way home from pennsylvania, going to north carolina. Next thing, my tire pressure was down. I was in a panic and pulled in to this station. Turns out, I ran over a big piece of metal. The two gentlemen, we're so nice and efficient.I don't even know what to say!!!!! I had my three teenage girls with me, and we had three hours left to go home. They showed me what was wrong with the tire. He talked to my husband on the phone, and they had me in and out and fifteen minutes and back on the road. Although it was 57 dollars for a patch it was still worth it to me. And it got me home and still holding, losing no tire pressure. These guys could not have been any more nicer. And I had to force them to take a four dollar tip, because it's all the cash I had on me.”
“Just want to thank KC Automotive for helping me last week. I had been to another gas station but the air pump malfunctioned. I went to KC Automotive looking for an air pump. I didn't see a public air pump but the mechanic asked me if I needed air in my tires. I said yes and he told me to pull up to the garage bay and he checked all of my tires for me and put air in them. I was grateful and will keep KC in mind when I need automotive service.”
“Our motoring family had our cars serviced with Rolling Rd. Sunoco for more than 15 years. Their automotive maintenace service have always been consistently efficient, prompt, honest & family oriented. Quite frankly I myself have not been back for perhaps over 2 yrs, because my car is new & I still avail of its factory/ dealer periodic service. But recently one of its tire sustained an irreparable puncture & needed replacement. I brought the car to 2 tire centers & both explained that the puncture site being conspicuous on the side wall of the tire, & therefore unrepairable. I didn’t mind having the tire replaced, but both centers were insistent on replacing the
damaged tire with a different brand (& not matching the original Toyo tires). So, I brought the car to Rolling Rd. Sunoco where I was promptly given a reasonable quote of a new matching Toyo tire, to be delivered the following day. I brought the car back that day and the tire was installed within an hour.

“Being a member of Costco, I always forget about the discounted gas station that comes with the membership. I think that the locations are kind of far and that I use them when I’m close to one. I was in the area of Potomac Mills Mall, and I was like there’s a Costco gas station there. I made a beeline for it. The area is always clean, and the pumps are always serviceable. After waiting my turn in line, I went to the gas pump. The best way to get your membership authorization QR Code is by using the Costco app. It made getting gas SO much easier, faster and without bother the gas station attendant. The gas prices were approximately $0.30-0.25 cheaper than the gas stations around my house. I was SO glad that I could use my gas station benefits, and will continue to be a member of Costco. Total rating this experience 10/10, thanks.”

“Affordable gas station. Stay busy. I'm always getting my gas from there. But they need to fix their pot holes. When fixing them, let it dry, not aloud cars, to go through so the pot hole won't keep coming back. Someone will get a flat tire.”

“I have come here a few times before for routine maintenance at the recommendation of a friend. I work in Annandale and live in Manassas so I wanted to find a reliable shop closer to work. They have always been efficient and honest. And the cost for their services is incredibly reasonable. This evening, I left work and not even a mile down the road, my tire went completely flat. Fortunately, this shop was not far from where I was. I arrived around 5:30 and their service hours end at 5, but they were amazingly kind and took a look at the tire and found a HUGE nail in there. They got it patched up and I was back on the road within about 30 min. Thank you to the staff here for going above and beyond to help me during a stressful moment. I appreciate it so so much!”

“This place is always busy for a good reason: the service is excellent. I had our car towed there once for repairs and even the tow truck driver recognized the place saying “so many people bring their car here”. The repairs are always very reliable, reasonably priced and they never try to get you do more than your car really needs. Mustafa, the manager, is always super friendly, explains everything and looks for best options to save you money and make sure that repairs last.
I have all cars in my family serviced here for everything: routine oil change to serous engine issues, even though it is a 40 min drive for me. They also have a body shop with same reliable and timely service. Your car is in good hands at this place!”

“Prompt, great service, fully recommend! My car started making braking sounds on a Friday and it got worse over the weekend. It was hard to find someone who would look at it. Monday morning, I called around and finally spoke to Bao who graciously told me to bring it in. Receptionist was prompt, took my information and Bao came over to ask about the car. He drove the car around and came inside to talk to me. Told me right away what he thought the problem is, but he needed to look under the car to make sure. Luckily they had the parts, I had my car back in under 2 hours, fixed. Thankful for the prompt service. I'll be coming here from now on.”

“5/15/24 2 PM Wednesday LOCATION: Located on the corner of Clipper Drive and Old Bridge Road. It is connected to Coastal Wholesale Gas & Food. PURPOSE OF VISIT: Truck was shipped into state and before registering it with the DMV we had to get an emissions and inspection check. You need to pass both in the state of VA. TERMINOLOGY: (For those who have different guidelines in different states) EMISSIONS- involves testing gas emissions for the purpose of reducing air pollution. INSPECTIONS: Ensures that your vehicle meets safety and mechanical standards by law. We were a walk in, Mike took us right away. The truck passed emission test, failed inspection. BAD BRAKES. The hubster was in agreement with that so we left the car for him to fix. Mike also gave us options as far as taking it elsewhere or doing it ourselves . This made me feel like he just wasn't there to take our money. Location is convenient for us and it is one of the cheapest gas fills ( if paying by CASH) in the area right now.”
