“Dexter was incredibly helpful today. When I came into the store, I was all over the place. I had two returns and realized one did not have the label and the other did not have the return completed in the app. Dexter took the label and taped it to the package for me and he noticed that while I was completing the return in my phone, I selected the wrong option. He showed me how to cancel the return and do a brand new one. My son leaves for college in the morning and I am a complete mess, but Dexter was such blessing to this anxiety-driven brand new dorm mom! He even asked where my son was going to school and wished me luck. Give this man a raise!!!”

Ryan was very patient, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions. “Staples has truly become a one stop shop. Now the have Party City inside Staples. It isn't like the original stores but they have the basics for most of your party needs. This store had a bunch of huge bins full of closeout items that you really couldn't identify to shop because they were all thrown in the bins instead of organizing them in a display wall our at least separating the same objects in the same bins. If you are going to be lazy at least be organized lazy.”
