“Dexter was incredibly helpful today. When I came into the store, I was all over the place. I had two returns and realized one did not have the label and the other did not have the return completed in the app. Dexter took the label and taped it to the package for me and he noticed that while I was completing the return in my phone, I selected the wrong option. He showed me how to cancel the return and do a brand new one. My son leaves for college in the morning and I am a complete mess, but Dexter was such blessing to this anxiety-driven brand new dorm mom! He even asked where my son was going to school and wished me luck. Give this man a raise!!!”

“It’s always worth the 2 hour trip from MD to here when Victor is the one manning this branch. He is very efficient but I feel bad that he’s doing everything , from the Intake , to all the paperworks, even handling all the boxes etc.
He’s holding that whole operation together by himself everytime I go there and this is my fifth visit/shipment
Also, They’re finally accepting air cargo again! I came here two weeks ago & the lady working then was a bit inconsistent and honestly, a little dismissive. She said she couldn’t process air cargo and told me to come back when Victor was back
She also mentioned she wouldn’t even be open today, even though their site and posted schedule said otherwise. That ended up being a wasted 4-hour round trip! I even called multiple times in the days before driving there, but no one picked up.
The 4 stars are really for Mr. Victor, that man’s holding this place together and have shipped my packages successfully so please be patient when you go!”

“Needed to get my fingerprints done for a volunteer opportunity with a Fairfax County school. The closest option to my home was Hanmi Post. The location is tucked in the rear from the Main Street. The hours were serviceable, convenient and plentiful. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes, I had a scheduled appointment for 10:00 a.m., and was walking out by 10:03 a.m. The gentleman working was very soft spoken, polite and courteous. Would recommend this location if you need fingerprints done. Enjoy!”
