“Super helpful staff. I had several things to ship today and pack - the gentleman was patient and insured that everything was labeled and packed appropriately. There was along line, and his colleague greeted everyone with a "Good Morning" we will be right with you. One of my best experiences at UPS. I LOVED the mailers I was able to pack my cards in as well as a great box for my electronic device I was shipping out. Overall GREAT experience. Will be my go To UPS Location.”

“Well, I had a property I purchased from an online auction and I was very worried as to how I’m going to get it mailed. I called the UPS store and spoke to jyoti at around 8 AM in the morning and at 11 o’clock. She had collected my property and gave me the price including insurance. I have never seen people move that fast. She was highly efficient and very helpful. She knew exactly what she was doing.”
“This store contains amazing employees! Everyone is so nice and charming! My Amazon returns are easy. I had realized I had forgotten my wallet as I was about to start the label printing process. I notified the employee (Oscar or Omar, don’t recall his name). I was going to go home and get my wallet but instead he told me not to worry and did the label either way. I was so shocked by this customer service! He was amazing! As was everyone else! I recommend this store and am satisfied??”

“They were a life saver. I had to overnight a laptop to a friend who forgot it while on a trip. The person at this office was extremely friendly and patient the entire time. We took about 30 mins of his time. He talked me through my options, helped me figure out what was the cheapest and fastest. And then when he realized it was a laptop he told us we could use the laptop-specific shipping option which saved us about $100. This was during the busy holiday season. I had a really positive experience!! They just earned a loyal customer.”
“My sons senior night for football was on a Friday. I ordered big heads from an individual and the quality was awful. I didn’t get the big heads from the individual until Thursday at 9pm. I emailed Jen at the UPS store that night, knowing they were closed. Jen responded to me an hour before they opened on Friday, assuring me that she could help me. She was able to get me all 16 big heads, of 12 different players, by 5pm! She saved the day and helped to make senior night special. Jen was very patient, helped work through picture quality issues and explained the process. The big heads were very well made. I highly recommend this store!!”

It is a little cluttered with old keyboards and dvds. If you need a place to drop off your ups package or anything along the lines. This is that place for you.”

“Since starting my own business last year, I've been to this location at least 100 times. The staff is always friendly, not just to me but every interaction I've seen. A few months ago they installed a self-service "kiosk" for scanning in your own packages and/or to print labels. This seems to have alleviated lines as I rarely see a line anymore. Further, the team is almost always at or near the self-serve to help and get me in and out super quick. I really appreciate the extra mile this location goes!”
“I’ve never had a problem. I drop off UPS packages all the time and have never had a problem getting a receipt. I think some of the negative reviews come from people not understanding the difference between a UPS drop off and UPS access point. You can purchase a UPS label at Parcel Place and they will accept UPS drop offs if you already have the Amazon return shipping label printed.They cannot scan your Amazon return bar code and print the label for you. You need to go to an actual UPS store or UPS access point for that service (you can do that at AutoZone right down the street OR the UPS store in Bradlick shopping center).Additionally, with regards to the review about discrimination against Caucasians, I have never experienced anything like that. The owner has always been nice to me and I’m white. However, I always go out of my way to treat service people (waiters/bartenders/retail sales associates) with the respect they deserve, so I usually get excellent customer service in return.”
“I ordered a print job at staples and called the print department to see a sample before I get all the printouts. I spoke with Dexter over the phone and she spoke with me with such a great manner and told me i can come over, see the sample and get my printouts. I came to the printing department and she showed me a sample, even changed the file for me which had better margins and printed all 400 copies on the spot for me. She is an example of what an excellent customer service provider! Thank you!”

“This review is 100% about the staff at this specific location, all 3 people I was in contact with during my visit were wonderful. Begi with the gentleman on the phone who helped guide me there when I was having trouble locating the shop through the 2 ladies who were working the front counter that helped complete my shipment I am very satisfied with my experience. It may seem simple enough to ship a package but I've had some terrible experiences in the past and it was great to have such friendly staff support me. Definitely recommend this store for service! PS, I was there in Friday the 20th in the afternoon.”

I ordered some last minute business cards through same-day service before a big event and another store informed me at noon the day before my event that their printer was down. I thought it would be a long shot to try to order them from the Woodbridge Staples mid-day but when I told Kaila what happened she really delivered! Not only did my business cards look great but she promised that she would stay late if she had to. With staff shortages everywhere great service is rare! Kaila is really a gem. Thank you so much!”
“I was not home to sign for a package and tried to reroute it to my nearest FedEx location for pick up. I was told by customer service that it wouldn't be taken there until the next day. Normally that would be fine but I was going out of town the next day and the package was something I needed to take with me, so they told me if I was willing to drive to Alexandria to pick it up that someone can get it to me there if I arrived before 8p. We arrived at 7:20 (after a 40 minute drive) and the sign on the door said they closed at 6. Luckily there were some phone numbers on the window. John, the Senior Manager for this location, was the most kind and helpful person. He was able to get one of his employees, Marcellus, to come back and retrieve my package for me after hours. In a day and age where it's really easy to say no to a stranger, I'm extremely grateful for people like John and Marcellus for helping me out when they really didn't need to. Thank you to this FedEx for the best customer service I've received in awhile!”
