And he was so patient and gentle with the situation that it didn’t make me feel weird and I appreciate that. Especially as a single mom who has to use things like EBT plus wic plus my regular card to do the transaction. I totally appreciate him not making me feel bad about it. He was like it’s OK it’s totally fine. He did The transaction so fast nobody even noticed it. He deserves a raise ! Thank you Mr.PJ”
“I can NOT express how thrilled I was w my most recent trip to Providence forge VA Food Lion! This FL is a older smaller store then most food lions I don't shop here often bc it's out of my way, however this store is ALWAYS clean! And they do there best to keep it well stocked,the employees are all so fantastic, respectful, welcoming & definitely use there southern hospitality! This particular visit I was instacarting and my customer was having some health issues so she was looking 4 specific items and even tho all the employees were hella busy since it was prime time when everyone gets off work and goes shopping it was also a Friday evening, this employee busily stocking a full cart went above and beyond 4 me stopped what he was doing and went to check the back for my items luckily this wonderful employee found me the last 2 of what I needed!? I think that says a lot about a person and the store overall and their excellent hiring skills when they employ these great people, this man Eric was already scrambling to get his job of stocking shelves in a timely manner as it was the freezer section, I am truly impressed & appreciative of the employee Eric he went that extra mile to help me finish my job and complete my order... Thank u food Lion and extra thank u Eric ! Keep up the wonderful job!!”

“15 minutes from our destination to Busch Gardens, with 2 teenagers in tow, I discovered my tire was flat. I drove into the parking lot to this store, not sure what to do as we traveled from Pa. It was hours and we were so close to the park. I went inside to ask if I should call local help and the clerk asked to see my tire. I had a full spare and so he changed it there on the spot. No hesitation. We were there for maybe 20 mins and on our way. It could've been a 2 hour or more ordeal or just a mess but he offered to change it and that was that. I can't thank him enough! After hours on those ridiculous highways, so close to the park and 2 teenagers... he was a godsend and it assures me that good people still do exist.”
