“We recently used Sterling Appliance to replace a gas cooktop and downdraft fan in our kitchen. The entire experience with their staff was excellent. We were able to complete the entire process without needing to step into the showroom. Sterling appliance sent out a technician to do all the measurements, Joe in their sales department sent me several links to options, order was placed and paid for over the phone, and Hector and his team came out to do the install. There were a couple challenges with the installation, due to the original cooktop being installed incorrectly, but Sterling Appliance was with us all the way and even knocked off some of the install cost! I highly recommend this store, so much better than an impersonal big box store experience!”

“I went to Ferguson’s Leesburg Branch today to buy replacement bidet supply lines & received exceptional customer service!! The staff helped me to identify the Kohler parts for a discontinued Kohler bidet faucet, asked when/where I purchased it (2020/Amazon), & told me it was still under warranty. Then, Andy proactively called Kohler, told them the parts I needed, gave them my contact info and Kohler will send the replacement parts at no charge! It’s remarkable for people to help even when you’re not buying anything.
Now, I’ll go back to Ferguson to shop for my remodeling needs. Thanks for a great experience!!”
“I’m giving a 5 star review for the customer service we received from Marcus. Marcus helped us out with obtaining a stacking kit for our washer and dryer. Our appliances were delivered but could not be installed due to a missing stacking kit that was not sold to us at purchasing time. The third party delivery crew was not professional at all. We were very frustrated at first but luckily Marcus went out of his way to help us out. We truly appreciate his help and his effort to make the situation better.”
“It's a Home Depot...I mean, not sure what more to say. I've frequented this location so many times I can't count them. The return counter can be slow at times; but once you engage with the staff, they definitely help you out! The isles are good, the selection is good, the pricing is good. I've also used their appliance department and installation...good work, no complaints. I'm partial to the Ryobi One tool series, so they get my power tool business. I'm an bit of a DIYer, so they usually get my random material, hardware, and hand tool business too. I do wish the return policy for building materials was longer...since sometimes projects can take a long time to start, and of course finish...so ability to return unopened, unused surplus after 30/60/90 days would be most welcome. Other than that, again, no complaints.”
