“I’m writing this in response to the review left by James Steel. With all due respect, it’s frustrating to see someone constantly complain about something as minor as music being played by store staff. These employees work long shifts and use music as a way to stay motivated and keep a positive atmosphere while doing their jobs.
As someone who also works in retail (at FedEx), I can say from experience that music makes a real difference during tough hours. It’s not unprofessional—it’s human. These are likely young workers just trying to get through their day. There’s no need to make their jobs harder with unnecessary complaints.
For the record, I’m not connected to Best Buy in any way—I’m just a regular customer. Every time I visit this location, I’m met with helpful, friendly service. I recently picked up an OLED TV, and the staff went out of their way to assist me with loading it into my car.
Let’s cut workers some slack and focus on what matters: good service and helpful support—which this store delivers every time.”

“I got my FBI Record for a visa application processed through their ID Vetting service, and I was very impressed with the service I received! I was under a tight timeline, and when I called to check in on my application, they were super kind and responsive. Even though my mail to them was delayed, they were able to process my application very quickly and sent me a physical copy of the FBI Record on security paper [some other companies on the list of FBI-approved companies only give an electronic copy]. I definitely recommend using them if you need an official FBI record or similar services!”
“I’m giving a 5 star review for the customer service we received from Marcus. Marcus helped us out with obtaining a stacking kit for our washer and dryer. Our appliances were delivered but could not be installed due to a missing stacking kit that was not sold to us at purchasing time. The third party delivery crew was not professional at all. We were very frustrated at first but luckily Marcus went out of his way to help us out. We truly appreciate his help and his effort to make the situation better.”
