Abeer was such an amazing help at Kohlβs in Leesburg! We were inquiring about the applied discounts, and she personally walked us through everything at the register, explaining the pricing and making checkout absolutely effortless. It was genuinely one of the most delightful customer service experiences Iβve had in a long time. Her energy is contagious, and she truly goes above and beyond. Kohlβs is lucky to have her!β
βI love this brand. Clothes made for women who are not a size 0.. Staff is so helpful and very friendly. I don't buy clothes anywhere else. There's a employee that is dark skined, ( I don't know her name so im sorry for the color reference) she's the best, so helpful and nice. I always look for her.β
βA very nice store they have a very large selection of shirts jeans jean jackets and other apparel it's very clean very organized store very helpful staff if you're not able to find what you're exactly looking for here they're able to do some special orders for anything related to Levi's brands they have dressing rooms available now and that are open was able to find several items today that I've been looking for some other family members found some items too this is a good good place for adults and teens and Levi's is always been a very good pair of jeans they make very nice shirts and jean jackets as well and other items they've been doing this for a long time and these outlet stores they have this one here in Leesburg is a very good one we do highly recommendβ
βMy friend and I stopped in to check out belts and the manager on duty, Lacey, was super helpful. The outlet mall is not a fun place to work and I remember it well; so it was a breath of fresh air to encounter someone so upbeat and nice working there. Lacey is clearly passionate about providing excellent customer service and she is a huge asset to Lucky. Please give her a raise and promote her because great people in retail are hard to find.β
βAnn Taylor has been my favorite for business casual for 5+ years. The fabrics hold up well after multiple washes, nothing shrinks or fades. Their petite line fits me perfectly β no tailoring needed. Customer service online and in-store is always helpful with returns/exchanges. Highly recommend for professional women.

The one star is for the customer service I did not experience in the store like the other customers inside. No one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. I received more help from customer than the sales clerk. The sales clerk kept interrupting our conversation to ask if the other customer was ok and needed anything. Not once asking if I needed help. When at the check out counter a different sales clerk looks at me and leaves the register for the other lady who ignored me to check me out. The lady checking me out only at that point asked if I found everything ok and I said no. No one stopped to ask me. I told her about how she interrupted my conversation with another customer multiple times. No response no nothing. I walked out.β
