“I went in looking for a pair of shoes that I had in high school. The staff was very helpful and nice, especially Cara! She checked on me many times, helped me with all the pairs of shoes I was trying on, gave suggestions, And was overall very courteous and knowledgeable at her job. I really appreciated her making small talk with me as well because I don’t feel like I get that in stores all the time anymore. Overall, I went in to get one thing and I came out with many more all at an amazing price. Probably the best fan store I’ve been to, Especially thanks to Cara!”

“This location is the best experience I've ever had when shopping. Upper management put the worse taste in my mouth when they decided to let Ms. Norma go. I know I had to have spent over $20k with in a year with her alone. I went up and down the east coast trying to experience other locations, but they didn't compare. My family came from W. Va /Woodbridge/DC all for her customer service. And you took my point system away. You should have kept the National Harbor location and put her there versus the Philly rude workers.”

I'm not sure why the Lucky Brand clothing seems to run a bit smaller than the clothes sold at department store. Next time, I will have to order the clothes in 2 sizes.”

“I've always enjoyed shopping at Gap because they often have great collections at reasonable prices. In the past, we made several purchases without ever comparing the in-store prices with those listed on the Gap website.
This time, however, I was looking for a specific item and had been regularly checking its price online. When I visited the store one weekend, I noticed that the cashier charged me a significantly higher price for the same product. I was confused, so I left the store and mentioned it to my husband. He suggested that I go back and show the cashier the price displayed on the website.
When I returned and showed them the online price, they initially said there was nothing they could do. I then told them I would like to return the product. Immediately, they agreed to match the online price and refunded the difference.
The same thing happened again last week. I found that several in-store prices were higher than the prices listed on the website. This time, before making any purchases, I shortlisted the products I wanted, checked their online prices, and asked the store to match them. They did, without any issue.
My takeaway from these experiences is simple: always check the online price before buying. It can save you a considerable amount of money.”

Since this is higher end clothing, the prices are higher. Check their website to see the type of clothing/prices. They do have sale items at this store. On this visit the men’s Pima cotton t-shirts were on sale: 3 for $100.
They do have nice dressing rooms, but wasn’t able to get a photo of the larger/handicap accessible dressing room.”

“The 4 stars go to Marina the manager at this location. We had a wonderful thoughtful discussion. She took my comment personally and she works hard to ensure customer service is a top priority.
The one star is for the customer service I did not experience in the store like the other customers inside. No one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. I received more help from customer than the sales clerk. The sales clerk kept interrupting our conversation to ask if the other customer was ok and needed anything. Not once asking if I needed help. When at the check out counter a different sales clerk looks at me and leaves the register for the other lady who ignored me to check me out. The lady checking me out only at that point asked if I found everything ok and I said no. No one stopped to ask me. I told her about how she interrupted my conversation with another customer multiple times. No response no nothing. I walked out.”
