“My husband and I had a wonderful experience here for the candle making workshop. The workshop was led by Rachel who was so sweet and helpful. She led us through the process of picking our scents, pouring our wax, and decorating our candles (the highlight of the class). I had so much fun picking out the perfect decorations. There were a ton of options to choose from.
There was a 45 min break after pouring the wax to allow for the candle to firm. During this time, we were served cookies and tea in adorable teacups. I went downstairs to do some shopping as well. I like how the class is 2 hours long. We didn’t feel rushed and there was time for the candle to set so it could be decorated and taken home the same day. Other candle making workshops in the area require you to return to pick up your firmed candle. Additionally, I have not seen snacks or decorations included in the cost of other workshops but they are here.
Overall, we had a blast! My candle is too cute to light. I’m honestly surprised there aren’t more good reviews for this class. It’s the perfect activity for friends or a date night.”

I'm not sure why the Lucky Brand clothing seems to run a bit smaller than the clothes sold at department store. Next time, I will have to order the clothes in 2 sizes.”

“I've always enjoyed shopping at Gap because they often have great collections at reasonable prices. In the past, we made several purchases without ever comparing the in-store prices with those listed on the Gap website.
This time, however, I was looking for a specific item and had been regularly checking its price online. When I visited the store one weekend, I noticed that the cashier charged me a significantly higher price for the same product. I was confused, so I left the store and mentioned it to my husband. He suggested that I go back and show the cashier the price displayed on the website.
When I returned and showed them the online price, they initially said there was nothing they could do. I then told them I would like to return the product. Immediately, they agreed to match the online price and refunded the difference.
The same thing happened again last week. I found that several in-store prices were higher than the prices listed on the website. This time, before making any purchases, I shortlisted the products I wanted, checked their online prices, and asked the store to match them. They did, without any issue.
My takeaway from these experiences is simple: always check the online price before buying. It can save you a considerable amount of money.”

Since this is higher end clothing, the prices are higher. Check their website to see the type of clothing/prices. They do have sale items at this store. On this visit the men’s Pima cotton t-shirts were on sale: 3 for $100.
They do have nice dressing rooms, but wasn’t able to get a photo of the larger/handicap accessible dressing room.”

“Very comfortable coming to window shop here. Hilin is friendly, sweet, and helpful Burberry ambassador. I went looking for a crossbody but on first visit roamed around the store without having someone follow me closely. I did end up buying a bag and enjoyed that I wasn't pressured to buy something more expensive. Really appreciated the variet6 of trenchcoats and scarves.

“Of all the outlets that has Polo. This is my favorite location. I'll never understand why at some locations , employees act some type of way. I was looking for the beach towel with the cute Polo teddy bear. Now, I didn't have time to do a scavenger hunt to find this towel. I asked this nice employees, I forgot her name, but she took me straight to the few towels they had left. I then looked at some of the polo tees and got a few tees. Some of the stuff is expensive even though they are an outlet. However the customer service is on point. Clarksburg location and Hagerstown please take notes.I'll definitely come back during the holidays.”

“This store is wonderful! It may be messy at times but whenever I am there this one worker has helped no matter what. I believe her name is Cameron (not sure if that’s how I spell it she didn’t elaborate.) Not only did she help me with my return on the phone she was still there when I arrived and helped me pick an alternative. She always helps with fitting rooms and is always moving. She’s incredibly helpful, I hope to see her again soon!!!”
