“While walking around the historic part of Leesburg, we stopped in the Sunflower Shack, a gift shop located off the main strip. As we entered the store, we were greeted by staff. It was nice that they offer bottled water and hot tea/coffee for all their patrons. After Christmas, their Christmas items were on sale. They sell vintage candy, home decor, drinkware, bottled soda, toiletries, and more. Some of my favorite items were felted flower and mushroom planters and wreaths, assorted pickles and basic bitch pickle kit, Swedish dishcloths, catnip cat toys, recycled metal night lights, sunflower handmade soaps, and novelty socks.”

“Can’t beat the selection and pricing. Stellar service and attention from everyone, but especially the in-home design specialist, Bethany. She went above and beyond (multiple in-home site visits, store meetings, communicating with our builder, etc.). A true expert, and wonderful customer service. Best money we’ve ever spent - like having an interior designer and install expert in one (but for 1/100th of the cost)!”

“Excellent customer service ... a variety of antiques and vintage products for the stylish decoration ... very well organized and ambient .. pretty interesting pieces of furniture and local artist crafts, some food items pretty interesting and special paints to "age" your furniture and create something unique. “A beautiful store with so much to offer! So many finds are available for any budget. I found just what I was looking for plus a little more, and all under budget. The owner and everyone who works at the store is super friendly and helpful. Two thumbs way, way up! ?? ”

“I have been sewing for over 40 years. Typically I used Joann's Fabrics but over the last several years, the prices of the fabric has gone up, and the selection leaves a lot to be desired. Hobby Lobby has a beautiful selection of fabrics and they go on sale every other week for 40% off. Also they have a very large selection of notions that are typically 99 cents on sale ( also every other week), but zippers are 99 cents every day. The people who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to properly secure fabric and put it away in the correct places. This takes an extra minute when you are buying fabric, however you can always count on their fabric section being very organized and stocked. When they run out of a fabric, they immediately order it and it is available the following week. I am very happy with the quality and selection of the fabrics here, as well as the reasonable pricing ( during the sale weeks especially)!”

“Spread across 3 floors and a front covered porch the items are packed in at this place. All different kinds of home decor, clothing, housewares, furniture. Just interesting stuff everywhere. Some of it probably a bit overpriced but some hidden gems too. I stop in every few months to see if anything new has cropped up”

“The Leesburg Store has the best customer service in the last two years I have used them for three large flooring projects. They are consistently professional, helped to coordinate the installation and have a huge selection of flooring and helped to load it in my truck.”

“I went with my friend to Home Goods to look for some red ornaments for her Christmas tree. I don't think there's a better place then Home Goods to look for anything for your home. Right as we walked inside there was a large life size Santa, and even a larger nutcracker. If you have little kids please do not get these, as they might give them nightmares. Well this Home Goods, has it all from ornaments, to reefs, to decorative table cloths and napkins. There's also, pots, pans, cutting boards and glasses! Some areas are a bit messy, and others are over cluttered with breakable items. So use caution when selecting your item. Overall this is a very nice and very well stocked Home Goods.”

“Amazing I can't say enough positive things about this store.If you want pretty much any item inside or outside of your home it's a very good chance you will find it here there selection of items is massive double massive incredible ok so I said that word alot but it is.If your like me and want the item when you want it they got you covered take it with you. The amount of each item to choose from is massive as well so much to choose from. A great place to shop service was great super nice and pleasant. This will be my first stop no matter what in the future.Thank you”

“The customer service by Jamie is awesome at this RH outlet!! She is knowledgeable about the products the store has in its inventory and provides helpful design suggestions about mixing the various pieces. She displayed genuine enthusiasm for wanting to help me find the right furniture and even followed up to let me know another RH outlet store carried the item. My husband and I were commenting how it's rare these days to find customer service that is helpful without being pushy or overly sales-y. Jamie is awesome and makes my shopping experience pleasant. “What on earth goes on here?? Best customer service EVER. You cannot AI this, ya'll. Gender should be a trainer, a recuriter I worked in retail back in the dark ages (80's & 90's) and was a recruiter for a very large retail apparel conglomerate based in OHIO ( no more clues for you ). There would have been a job for Gender. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things UGG - past and present. AND, she knows about the UGG family of brands that she also shares info about (UGG, are you listening?) She shares her knowledge so casually without being a know-it-all and without any "sales" pressure - amazing qualities that make you WANT TO BUY. Why? Because she makes you feel informed, smart and EXCITED about UGG products. And so, I bought and I have future purchases already in my head for me, my family and friends.
