She is knowledgeable about the products the store has in its inventory and provides helpful design suggestions about mixing the various pieces. She displayed genuine enthusiasm for wanting to help me find the right furniture and even followed up to let me know another RH outlet store carried the item. My husband and I were commenting how it's rare these days to find customer service that is helpful without being pushy or overly sales-y. Jamie is awesome and makes my shopping experience pleasant.
