“I was being a little indecisive and went in the store three times, but the guys there were friendly and helpful every time! Jay was my sales guy and he was amazing! (There were two other gentlemen who were funny and helpful, but I forgot their names) Previously, I was a Verizon customer, but Verizon had almost zero customer service. To be clear, Verizon was never rude, just no customer service. Jay made sure that my T-Mobile account was set up, that my phone number transferred properly - including a test call, and made sure that as much of my data transferred as possible. Just a heads up: they currently have boards on the front windows because someone ran their car into the store front. They are still open and the best cell phone experience I've had in years!”

“Went in today around 530-6pm to upgrade my son’s phone for his birthday and had the best experience!!! Ethan was amazing he was a one man show people waiting in front of me and people nonstop walking in after me he even offered to stay after his shift to help people he was warm and welcoming to everyone that came in he was bouncing between people helping everyone all while still remaining calm, helpful, and joyful we were all laughing have a good relaxed time in a store at that!
