To have someone as kind and patient as Lori to be able to come to the house and trim her nails is the best service. My dog is older and arthritic too so she would slip and fall down a lot from her long nails and long hair on her paw pads. She trusts Lori and allows her to take care of the nails and shave the hair down once a month. I highly recommend her to everyone!!!!
