“The GBC team did a fantastic job on our kitchen and master bath remodel at the same time and in time with project projections. Yaprak was our designer and she worked with us to select all the materials and finishes, from countertops to door handles and everything in between. Her suggestions and observations aligned with our design tastes for a wonderful selection (with one small exception when late in the process the tiling we wanted for the shower inset became unavailable.) Carlos Solorzano was our on site project manager. He was communicative, attentive, responsive and respectful. A consummate professional! We lived in our basement during the remodel so it was stressful but Carlos did what he could to alert us to what was coming next and prepare for the workers who would be inhabiting our house. Abraham was the leader of the work crew. He and his team worked quickly and with care. Overall a very positive experience with a beautiful outcome.”
“This was the easiest install of anything I’ve ever had. Once they had the materials, it was a one day Install and it is beautiful. The gentleman who did the work did a beautiful job. “We are extremely happy with all of SVC Homes’ work on our recent renovations and intend to use their company again for all future projects.We gut renovated our 1910 rowhouse kitchen and bath last year and hiring Sandro and his team to do the work was easily the best decision we made. The staff running the shop know where products are and can give you some insight about what projects you might have. “This is like a secret Daiso in Virginia. It's tucked away at a shopping area next to a Giant grocery store. It looks tiny from the outside but has all the household goods you'd ever need and even has some toiletries, skincare, oriental herbs, etc. you'd need. I love that the prices are reasonable. Usually, Asian import stores like these markup the prices ridiculously, but the prices are very close to how much I would pay back in Korea.”
