“Excellent customer service! We were in need of ballet shoes and tights for an MSA performance. I called ahead and the staff person was cordial and confirmed size availability. We arrived right before closing but were greeted respectfully and kindly. Our items were already waiting for us at the register but Meagan recommended that we confirm sizing. She was super kind and patient. She ensured that we had the right items and that my child was comfortable with the shoes. “We took my son's first birthday photos here. They were very professional and polite. We rented hanboks for the photo shoot. Their collection of hanboks are very nice. They let us come in prior to photo shoot day to pick out our hanboks. During the photo shoot, they tried their best to make my son smile. They seemed very experienced with taking baby photos. Everything went well, and the photos came out great. I highly recommend this place if you want to rent hanbok or get some nice photos. I will be coming back when we have another occasion for special photos!!”

“Talbot's has really improved as a store. You can once again return items of purchase. In the past, you couldn't. So the dressing room was packed. But now there is not that strain. Their clothes are classic in tailoring (mostly), so I can keep them for longer. The only bad thing is their hours. They close every day at 5 PM. I wish they were open until 6, especially through the week. Oh well.”

“Visited Ayna Modest Boutique at Potomac Mill Outlet with my wife yesterday. She tried on a few outfits and inadvertently left her ring in the fitting room. We realized this after leaving and immediately called. Even though the store was closed, our call was forwarded to their Tysons location. They swiftly communicated with the Woodbridge staff, who had found the ring and kept it safe for us. Picked it up this morning. So grateful for their honesty and efficiency.
