“I spent 3 months ordering and returning bridesmaid dresses online, I walk in here, himena takes one look at me, points me to a dress. It was perfect! 15 minutes in there vs 3 months online. I’m coming here for every formal occasion I have going forward.”
“This is the best Talbot outlet store. I never walk out empty handed except for this last visit. Their inventory is very low. Only summer shoes, no coats, very little to offer at this time. I'll try again in a couple of months
Stopped today 4/25/22 and was so disappointed. Prices are much higher. I found better buys at the Talbott company store. Merchandise is outdated and shoes are basically gone. Buy three and get 60% off but the prices are very high so it's not a true sale. Guess I won't be back. Nice while it lasted

“Always love employees working there. i've caught some great deals there in the past. Prices aren't too unreasonable, but it is on the higher end of clothes.The skate services are exclellent. They'll assemble ypur board for free, they might even do it if you haven't purchased parts from the store.I've always felt pretty invited by the atmosphere.”
“The second I walked into this store, I felt like I was at a family reunion, minus the weird uncle. Miss Kathy greeted me right away and showed me around like I was the VIP of retail. I told her I wasn’t a secret shopper (because if I was, it wouldn’t be a secret anymore, right?) and we both laughed ?
The store looked amazing—jeans folded so perfectly I was scared to touch them, shirts stacked like they were in Jenga but somehow better. It actually gave me flashbacks to my old retail job in NYC, except this was way more fun and less… folding.
Thanks to Kathy, I walked out with jeans and a varsity jacket that make me feel cooler than I probably am. Honestly, 10/10 experience. If retail had Dundies, this store would win “Best Customer Service. Thanks ? for your help!”
“I have been coming to this location often because of Ayenalem. The first time I met her, her and her co worker taking care of my check out. I was complaining it’s too hot at the store. No questions ask she turn the fan towards me, I got feel better because I was sweating. Also asked their opinion on the items I purchased and provide their feedback back it help me a lot. They both very friendly and always smile even their look tired and busy. Ayenalem is a great example as an excellent employee providing excellent customer service and make the customer happy and feel valuable. I have been coming back on this location often and always looking for her she has been helping and providing me an excellent customer service. She should be one of the manager or supervisor she is great for all she do. She always offered to help with a big smile on her face and very friendly”

“Lovely place , lovely treasures. Some products are shockingly high priced. The ladies are wonderful. But every now and then one of the volunteers is simply unpleasant. Today one with very short hair in her late 60s was focused on trying things on herself, then made some jokes in poor taste to another shipper about buying blouses from someone who retired , then stating to a colleague , in fact the donor had a funeral but she lied to make it for a lovelier info tot he shopper?!!! lol as if the shopper and all of us could not actually hear her! Back to the stuff , super cute, but a bit over the top priced. A Dooney and bourke, super used goes for 225, when you can buy a brand new one on their site for the same or less. The rest of the ladies were superb! Patient , attentive, Excelent customer skills.”

“I just came here to sing Nicole's praises!!! She should be in corporate, traveling from location to location or something training staff on proper customer service and attention. I'm 37-years-old and have shopped in malls countless times. Never ever EVER in my entire life have a met a Retail Associate like Nicole. We shopped on Tuesday 6/16 to buy clothes for my sister-in-law and jeans for my husband. She took us to dressing rooms, asked the names and labeled each room with that name, then she introduced herself, said she was available to help with other sizes and styles if we needed. It took my husband 5 to 6 different jeans changes, of which Nicole brought them one or two at at a time before he found the right ones and ended up purchasing three, which he would have never purchased more than one if Nicole didn't do such a great job telling everyone about the current buy one get one 50% off promo.
Another thing that was interesting is, had we been trying on clothes without Nicole's kind attention and service, we would have likely left without buying anything at all, because in many cases, once most people try on the first batch of clothes in the dressing room and the fit isn't right, they leave and check out another store. But, she made it so easy by helping bring us alternative options, and therefore we found exactly what we were searching for at American Eagle and spent $200 dollars. That lady is gold. If I had a clothing store or boutique, I'd be looking to poach her!! Still amazed at her professionalism and level of care!!”
“Afshan from Sonia Jewelers is the best, she fixed my eyebrows after I messed them up and she is very affordable and sweet! Would recommend going to her for beauty needs like tinting, waxing, and threading!! The jewelry side are very nice as well. Beautiful jewelry would spend my money here!”

“I had a great experience. I came in just before closing on a weekday to exchange something that was damaged. I asked questions and for help finding sizes and the cashier was responsive and helped go through back stock to look. I asked to try on some items and wasn’t rushed or reminded of the time. I ended up adding extra items to my exchange and then asked if the carried size 15 in Jordan’s at the register. The manager (Mikaela) didn’t just answer yes or no but actually remembered she had seen a size 15 in the latest drop and went back there to grab it. Keep in mind it already after 9pm. I asked to the same question at another dtlr location and the cashier just said “sometimes” and that was that. I tried on the shoes and bought them and really appreciated the effort. I only came for an exchange and left with two huge bags and a smile on my face. Customer service matters.”
