NTB answered and encouraged me to come right away. I made it before closing and they agreed to fix it on the spot. While I was waiting, another customer called in with an emergency, and I heard the front desk guy talk to the tech and they agreed to stay open for that customer too. It was extremely generous of them and definitely felt like friendly small-town service. Thank you!”

“I can't say enough good things about Discount Tire and this passion in particular. We bought Michelin tires for our Mercedes Sprinter RV from Discount Auto and have them rotated every 5,000 miles. Rotating is not an easy job because the tires must be dismounted and remounted every time. We showed up late on a Saturday afternoon, later than we should have, but manager Charles Cassell and his team were able to get the job done in a very timely manner. These guys are great!”

If you talk to them when they’ve recommended an expensive repair they’ll give it to you straight and let you know what you can do to prolong the life of the vehicle so you can put off that repair as long as possible. “Me and my husband have bought 2 vehicles now from Dave Woods and i HIGHLY recommend him as your car guy. He’s very smart and gives you nothing but honesty. Unlike every other dealership around, Dave is NOT money hungry. Me and my husband were trading in a 2020 Nissan Rouge for a 2024 Rav4 Hybrid. Dave really made us sit down and talk every inch of information over (including financial) before proceeding and was still trying to get us to take more time to think things through because money can be tight these days.
