“The shop does excellent body work however, communication not so much. After picking up my car I noticed the steering wheel would pull to the right . I remembered my Insurance rep. telling me the shop would check the alignment. I called the shop because I didn't see a charge for the alignment. on the paperwork . They told me they hung some device on the tire to check it which is not an acceptable way of checking the alignment. I took it to my shop and only wheel that was hit was out of alignment. They should have did the job correctly without shortcuts. Overall I'm pleased with the work but didn't appreciate the extra work I had to do.”
