From the original consultation and estimate, Faruk was communicative and walked us through our options. Once the project started, Mel kept us informed of the status while Gloria’s team worked hard to frame the walls of our basement, add drywall, paint, do the electrical, and take care of the permitting. Afterwards, Carlos took care of the flooring and it all turned out really well.

During the whole process, the house was also kept extremely clean and trash was taken care of regularly.

“USA cabinet store in chantilly was a pleasure to work with. My business partner and I went on a whim because we needed a quick turnaround on a kitchen for our break room at our hair salon and they were able to come up with a design in less than an hour. They completed the job within two weeks which was perfect timing! They never pushed us to add on anything extra, and were super helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend them! They also did a great job with the kitchen!”

“Traylor provided high quality service and a reasonable price. We had our whole kitchen gutted and renovated in the timespan of about a month. We provided them a tight timeline and they stuck to it even when issues arose. They were great with communicating information and were always available to answer questions. “Moss, thank you for the kitchen update. It was everything we wanted!
Jon got the team together early and everyone was patient with us. This was our first remodel/update ever in our home. The 1995-era kitchen was terrible (just look at the pictures! Old kitchen in yellow. Yuck!). Miyuki, as designer, had to be super patient with us newbies. She listened to our desires and concerns and sent us renderings. But she went above and beyond. We never even considered moving our refrigerator. Still, she sent us a rendering to consider with it replacing our pantry. We were concerned about losing a pantry’s worth of space. She assured us we’d gain back space with the new cabinets going all the way up to the ceiling and the built-in cabinets against a wall that previously was only a desk. Boy oh boy, was she ever right! We had no idea how much a simple appliance move would open up the kitchen. (And the water line move was minimal as our half-bath is directly below where the fridge now is.) We ended up going with her suggestion. I’m sure we would have loved our kitchen as we first envisioned it, but every day when I walk in I am so glad we went with her fridge-move idea!
Cristobal, as senior project manager, kept us—most importantly my wife who was at home daily—up to date on what was being done. And whenever we had an issue come up, he was quick to fix it or explain why it had to be done a certain way. The best ever was our “pass-through” window above the sink overlooking the dining/living room. We were afraid they wouldn’t be able to expand it. He assured us it could be. (Many of our neighbors were told the pass-through was stuck at a sad 2’x3’.) I’m now looking at our dining/living room from the sink, through a 3’x4.5’ opening. Again, we didn’t really comprehend what a difference such a small change would make.
Brady, as the day-to-day project manager, kept all of Moss’s employees on task. He very clearly explained to my wife what was happening daily. He made sure the stove was installed as soon as it was ready so we could use our kitchen before all the punch-list items were complete. Even better, our dog loved him. And our dog usually doesn’t like men! Louie (and we) thanks you, Brady!
This will not be the last time we contract with Moss for an update in our home. We have two 1995-era bathrooms staring us in the face daily, with gross contractor-grade, cheap cabinets, faucets, sinks, etc. Then we walk into our beautiful new kitchen and think: Bathrooms next! “Seriously the best!! I spent 3 weeks searching for a replica diverter valve for my shower. 2 plumbing supply stores, lowes, Home Depot, and ace hardware. I was recommended this store and went today. He spent about 30 minutes or more searching through catalogs for a replica. Turns out my diverter is using two different brands together. We couldn't find a replica so he gave me some washers to try and said if they don't work he could send my valve out of state for me to get it checked out. The washers ended up working!!! Seriously 3 weeks of pain searching for this and I can finally use my shower lol. Amazing company!”

“Dream Design finished our basement with a bedroom, bathroom (including moving parts of the rough-in), and living area. Yong and his team were great to work with and made the experience as painless as possible. Dream Design has lots of selections of materials, but we were also able to bring some of our own things. The designers were helpful and had good ideas. Robert, our project manager, regularly checked on the project in person. They provided 3D renderings and lots of options, down to where we wanted outlets placed. They also pulled all permits and met with county inspectors. I was glad that they didn't try to upsell or gouge us after we signed the contract. There were a few small hiccups, which is to be expected with a project this size, but all were rectified. The work is really high quality, especially for the price. I really can't say enough good things about our experience and wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“We hired M3 to renovate our master bathroom. Al and crew completed what is now one of the coziest rooms in our home. They built out the exact design we had in mind. Had to stay connected day over day with construction but they were always accommodating of changes in details - tile orientation, baseboards, tub placement, outlets placement, etc. We had an issue with the heated floors but Al kept on it and we got it solved with the Ditra person's help. “Bathroom renovation. We loved working with Century Bathrooms and Kitchens. Everything about the experience was superb. We had a small space that we wanted to maximize utility, light and still be a cute and warm space. As the space evolved over demo, repair and build up our expectations were rewarded beyond our original hope. The pivot to dual pocket doors was really a space saver and game changer (for our needs). Tasteful choices of colors and finishes, with the teams help, really sealed the deal. We spent a lot of time together, refining every detail of the design and cabinetry features. She also helped me select countertops. The result is the kitchen of my dreams! The cost was reasonable, considering all the design work, and the beautiful results. Heather is a talented and skilled designer, and a perfectionist in her work.”

“NVS has completed THREE major renovations on our house. I simply would not hire any other company. I know this sounds like an exaggeration, but it's true. The company comes to work every day; we've never had an increase in the contract once it was agreed upon and signed. The company provides excellent designing help (and I needed it!) Our 2nd renovation cost over $200,000; after it was done, I told NVS they could send any potential customers to see our house. We had many visitors. One of my neighbors did the exact same renovation. The staff is reliable, patient with questions, and professional. The 3rd project was a total renovation of our bathrooms, plus a lot of other areas in the house, including outside work.
