“I recently had an appointment for my 2022 Ford Mustang at Ourisman Ford, in Manassas. My appointment was for an inspection so I made sure I got there by 3:45. I pulled up at exacty that time and wouldn't you know that Zain, my service rep was there waiting. He imediately checked me in and said that I would finished in 30 minutes. Well, I was in the waiting room for twenty minutes and Zain came in to tell me that the car was finished! I paid my $20 and was out the door.
I was extremely happy as I had quite a bit of things to take care of in the early evening. This is the fouth time I’ve been into Ourisman Ford for service and every time it has been a great experience. I can’t say enough about their service department. It is worth the extra driving to get there as I did purchase the car from them. A big shout out to Zian, and Ourisman Ford for the great service and care!

“A tree fell on my 2004 mini cooper S several weeks ago (May 2024), during a strange windstorm in Fauquier country, and it dented my rooftop/sliding glass sunroof, as well as it smashed my windshield! Could have been a deaster. Yikes, I cried for 3 days ... Thought I, and my Mini were doomed. However, after taking it to Sierra Auto Body LLC (a father and sun team), and 10 days later, they fixed everything, and today, it looks brand new, as if nothing happened. I love these guys! “Looking for a collision repair shop. Look no further. Superior Collision Ctr in Manassas did an exceptional job getting my vehicle back on the road again. When I tell you great service, I mean great service. Marvin was professional, assuring & kept me updated from the time I contacted him, dropped off my car & until the service was done. I would recommend your service with them. And I was so stunned because they had my car in & out of the shop in less than 3 days. I had some major damages to the car, the work is great & they were on top of everything. Can’t say enough about Marvin, he remained professional & most of all, patient with me. “David in parts literally saved my life! He was able to save the very last master cylinder for my outback, and help me set up delivery to Lake Ridge Auto Care. It's probably a difficult dept. to work in. I showed him kindness and humor and he matched my energy by helping me get through a desperate situation. “I took my car in for a repair and service and maintenance. After thorough inspection, a couple more items were overdue. By the time I picked up my car, the inspection was done, it was so clean I hardly recognized it - and my 11 year old vehicle is so quiet, running smoothly with a new lease on life! He recommended I get quality rubber mats, which are now installed. Who needs a new car when you can get your old one refurbished like this? Btw, Charles works on any kind of car.”

“I'm very new to towing and needed a 5th wheel hitch for my truck. I met Steve and told him what I was looking for and I had a ton of questions. He answered every question and we discussed a few options. I did some more research and after more calls to him and more questions he ordered the hitch. Called me when it came in and set up a day to have it installed. He couldn't have been nicer and I apologized for all the questions and wa line it's all good. Bottom line is I would definitely recommend these guys for your needs.”
“I recently purchased a tow dolly from Anthony.(no one else wanted to deal with it ) Anthony knew exactly where to order it from and had on they’re lot in just a few days. This place reminds me of a small town business where deals are done with just a handshake. I had sales tax issues at the DMV ( they charged me again) . Anthony said he would gladly credit back the difference. He didn’t even ask for a receipt from DMV . I highly recommend Restless Wheels and will certainly be using them in the future.”

We were told it would take 7-10 days.... 40+ days it was returned after Heavy Fleet and my husband fought with the company who was rebuilding the parts. “We have been dealing with Caliber Collision for years and have always been impressed with their prompt professionalism. Last week, we took our 2016 Ford Explorer to Caliber because we found water in the well of the driver’s side door. My husband thought the door was too tight and needed adjusting. He also thought it could be the source of the leak. Loryn, whom we’ve worked with for years, is now the General Manager. She quickly told us the water meant our sun roof was working properly in the torrential rain storms. Then she had our door adjusted, a small ding taken care of and 15 minutes later - we were on our way and very relieved. Any time we’ve been to Caliber it’s been an excellent experience.”
“Just left there today was doing a job and the guy got the blade stuck in the saw. I said hey I'm taking it to harbor freight, you guys take a brake I'm going to get more blades and and a grinder to make sure we're able to do things right. I walk in covered with sweat and ohh I find the store manager. I think he thought I was some lunatic but once I asked for what I needed he lead me up the correct aisle and got me my blades for the saw and even helped me get the blade out of the saw.( SORRY AGAIN ABOUT YOUR GLASSES GETTING KNOCKED OFF) His customer service was A1. I don't know what everyone else saw it's a shame you didn't meet this guy. He's what the employees should be, if you stop by this store find him he'll help you and make your visit better than what you thought. Guaranteed!!!! They got 5 stars because he was diligent in helping me”
