I own a Volkswagen, so it was a little tricky to change. I really appreciated his patience and kindness throughout the whole process. He never got annoyed when I asked questions (I don’t know a lot about cars) and I could tell he didn’t try to take advantage of me with my lack of knowledge about cars like they try to do (especially with women) at mechanic shops or dealerships. “I went in to purchase acid for our batteries but turns out we didn't need the acid. Matt went above and beyond and stopped by our warehouse to check the batteries. In the end, the conclusion is to replace at least two batteries out of 4. Yes on the list to get them replaced and will definitely go back to the store to get all 4 batteries of scissor lift replaced.”

“I had a fantastic experience with A2Z Auto Repair Shop in Sterling, VA. My 2015 Subaru WRX with 58k miles had multiple issues, thanks to a previous mechanic's lack of knowledge about these cars.
