“After an embarrassing encounter with a concrete wall in a parking garage, I found myself traipsing around Chantilly, gathering quotes to fix my blunder, out-of-pocket. The first two quotes I received were $1800 and $3900 (what?! why?! how, Carstar?!!!). Feeling confused and defeated, I decided to pull into Sam Auto Body… the reviews were fabulous, after all. Immediately, Mo at the front desk put me at ease, did a quick quote ($1300), answered all my questions about why the quotes were so incredibly different between the three shops for the same work, and was just generally incredibly patient with this middle-aged spaz. He got my car in the very next afternoon and I had it back not even a full two days later! She looks gorgeous and when I went to pick her up, she had been completely washed and shined! I highly recommend this shop! Mo made it a wonderful, much less stressful experience. I’ve already told my MIL we’re taking her van there, because, well, my husband has always said his mother and I are too much alike and, behold, she made the same exact parking garage blunder! Go, you won’t be disappointed!”

“I had a car accident where someone ran into my street parked car while it was unoccupied. My insurance sent me to Caliber to get the damages fixed. I brought my brother and we talked to Jamie initially and talking to him you see how genuine of a person he is! I felt confident leaving my car there and that it would be taken care of. I received regular updates on the car’s progress and when I called the customer service was great. Also as a female, I’m used to dealerships or auto shops trying to take advantage of overcharging or scamming me and Caliber Collision is the first body shop I felt comfortable that wouldn’t happen. They explained everything to me the same as my brother and dad on separate occasions and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Caliber because I personally had an all around wonderful experience!”

“I have been working on restoring a 05 xterra for about 3 years now. I have the vehicle nearly completed minus some small minors things. During my restoration I had lost some parts either thrown away due to rust or misplaced. I reached out to jdm city and ask if I could purchase just a bracket mount harness off the xterra manual transmission that they have for sale. They were kindly enough to sell it without purchasing a wholes trans. I was able to source it from here as the next available one was upstate NY on market place. This saved me a long trip for such a small item. Thank you.”

EVW knocked it out of the park with their work! I recently needed auto body repair work after an incident with a deer, and had to have my wrap redone in some places and thankfully they still had just enough material left to help me redo the areas that were affected. The team, especially the ladies at the front desk, was very helpful and handled communication directly with the insurance company and rental car services, which made the process much less stressful. The only downside was that I usually had to call in to get updates rather than receiving proactive communication. That said, whenever I did call, the staff was responsive and happy to provide information. The final result was excellent--my car came out looking like new.
