“I had my 2010 Ford Sport Trac Adrenalin in at K & W auto body to have some body repair done. Justin and his team did a fantastic job to get me in and out in a timely manner. The Adrenalin Sport Trac is a limited edition model and it was a little difficult to track down some parts for my vehicle, but they got it done. The measure of how good a business is, is how they take care of issues that come about. Sometimes work done is not always perfect, issues come up, but how that said business takes care of the issues is a good indicator on how well they take care of their customers. Justin and his team at K & W have it down pat. They know how to take care of their clientele, no matter what it takes. I would highly recommend K & W for all your auto body needs!

“these people are so amazing!!! I was having a really hard time getting the bolt out of my license plate plates as I had ordered special plates for my car. My tags had just expired and I was so scared. I was gonna get pulled over driving there. Not only did they get the bolt out but they installed both my rear and my front license plate waxed some scratches that I made in my car’s paint while trying to get the real license plate off and didn’t charge me anything!!! Nothing they did all of this for free!!!
Turns out I will be going back next week to have them fix the dent and repaint my door because I need that done!!! They want a customer for life for doing this and being so amazing!!!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Crash Champions Collision Repair in Woodbridge! Having to deal with car repairs after an accident is obviously stressful and not something anyone looks forward to, but Lee and Brad somehow managed to make the entire experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable.
Lee at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. He took the time to explain all of the details to me, walked me through what to expect, and made sure I understood everything. He never made me feel rushed, and he was just genuinely so kind and easy to talk to. He has the kind of personality that immediately makes you feel comfortable and taken care of.
Brad was equally wonderful! He came out to look at my car with me and took the time to explain the repair process and what would happen next. He even walked me through the rental car process so I knew exactly what to expect with that as well. He was knowledgeable and helpful, but also incredibly friendly, personable, and funny. He had me laughing during a situation I certainly wasn't expecting to laugh about!
What stood out most was how genuinely nice they both were. Nothing about the experience felt rushed or transactional. They answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and treated me like an actual person rather than just another vehicle coming through the shop.
Accidents and car repairs are stressful enough on their own, and having people like Lee and Brad helping you through the process makes such a huge difference. They turned something I had been dreading into an unexpectedly positive experience.

“Jose helped me and he was awesome. I had issues with my battery I just bought 6 months ago. Jose could not find my purchase but he saw where returned the core. Using common sense he didn't give me a hard time about not having a receipt. In addition to that he installed the battery in the trunk on my Genesis. When I purchased the battery from the same store, they would not install it saying they could not install batteries in the truck. I was fully expecting to have to install it myself again but Jose's dedication to service made my day. Thank you.”
“Great service! Came in to get a battery and on the first day the guy was super nice and immediately asked if he could put it in for me. I didn't have the right information so I had to come back the next day. Next day, they were very helpful looked up the exact battery I needed and in 2 minutes came out and put my battery in. In total I think I was there for 20 minutes at most.
This is the second time I've gotten a battery from here and gotten somebody to put it in. It is incredibly helpful for those of us who don't know how to do it. I will definitely keep coming back to this store!”

“My co worker hit my car while parking in a very tight parking lot. She damaged my back bumper and swiped the driver side of my Van. I first took my van to another place that refused to do the work stating that there were sections that had rust after holding my van for 30 days. I found Tan and spoke with the office prior to leaving my van with them to make sure that the work was able to be done. They were prompt, professional with extremely high quality work! The owner cares greatly about quality of the work that leaves his office. I could not be more grateful because he went above and beyond. He repaired more than just the damage from my co-worker as well as cleaned and detailed the entire inside too. I will definitely be back for all future work needed!”
