“My co worker hit my car while parking in a very tight parking lot. She damaged my back bumper and swiped the driver side of my Van. I first took my van to another place that refused to do the work stating that there were sections that had rust after holding my van for 30 days. I found Tan and spoke with the office prior to leaving my van with them to make sure that the work was able to be done. They were prompt, professional with extremely high quality work! The owner cares greatly about quality of the work that leaves his office. I could not be more grateful because he went above and beyond. He repaired more than just the damage from my co-worker as well as cleaned and detailed the entire inside too. I will definitely be back for all future work needed!”
“Small shop behind a used car lot. Little odd setup with the waiting area but the gentlemen did a fantastic job on tinting my Ford Super Duty. The job was done right and I see no issues in the film. Very friendly, prompt, and does quality work. What more can you ask for?”

“I was hit by a truck and Caliber was doing the repairs on my vehicle. Service was very slow and what was supposed to be a 2 week process ended up getting extended to over a month of repairs. Communication was horrible and I was unclear on when the vehicle was going to be ready. It got to the point where the insurance covering the repairs had to send a 3rd party investigator to observe, and because Caliber was still not being forthcoming with what was going on they were simply going to cut my rental completely off.
That was until a wonderful lady at the front desk, Janice stepped in. Without Janice’s help with transparent communication as well as advocating for me I don’t know what I would have done. Janice transformed a stressful situation into a delightful process. I had lost faith in Caliber because the rest of the team was not being open and honest about the repair process, but Janice restored my faith in this place. Janice is a great example of a devout worker with integrity. Her character alone carries Caliber Collision and bridges the gap between corporation and customer. Janice is a gem to the Caliber team and I am very grateful for her ability to rectify a repair gone rogue.”

“Incredible service! We were able to bring my car in immediately, and they replaced my battery within 30 minutes. Nice building, greatly helpful team and overall just good vibes. Will keep this place in mind for future battery-related issues. What means a lot to me was their ability to provide immediate help on such short notice as I had to leave to make it to a scheduled event, and they made it possible for me to make it on time!
Very kind assistance in a high-stress situation. Only downside is they do not offer a restroom for waiting customers, but you can easily walk to the Starbucks next door.”

“these people are so amazing!!! I was having a really hard time getting the bolt out of my license plate plates as I had ordered special plates for my car. My tags had just expired and I was so scared. I was gonna get pulled over driving there. Not only did they get the bolt out but they installed both my rear and my front license plate waxed some scratches that I made in my car’s paint while trying to get the real license plate off and didn’t charge me anything!!! Nothing they did all of this for free!!!
Turns out I will be going back next week to have them fix the dent and repaint my door because I need that done!!! They want a customer for life for doing this and being so amazing!!!”
