Even smirked at me about it and told me not to take his card, but take Emily's. Emily communicated well and was professional. If I go again and see (M) I will either walk out or wait for someone else.”

The project was huge and it came out fantastic!

“I have been working on restoring a 05 xterra for about 3 years now. I have the vehicle nearly completed minus some small minors things. During my restoration I had lost some parts either thrown away due to rust or misplaced. I reached out to jdm city and ask if I could purchase just a bracket mount harness off the xterra manual transmission that they have for sale. They were kindly enough to sell it without purchasing a wholes trans. I was able to source it from here as the next available one was upstate NY on market place. This saved me a long trip for such a small item. Thank you.”

I believe the guys name was Joe. He sat there with me on the phone until he found the correct part and got it out to me quick and in a hurry. Great customer service.”

“I showed up for my appointment at 9AM today and they immediately processed me and assigned their shop supervisor to preform the work. I unhitched my trailer and they immediately moved it to the work area. I watched the supervisor throughout the job and asked multiple questions along the way and he was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The entire job took about an hour and a half and checkout was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. I was extremely impressed with all of the staff that I came in contact with. This appears to be a very well run business and I intend to return and recommend to others.”

“I enjoyed my whole experience at Platinum auto body in Manassas. Mike and Ryan were a pleasure to work with, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, my repairs were evaluated right away, and my car was returned in the timeframe promised (which was earlier than a larger auto body repair shop) in Gainesville. The enterprise car rental was close by so convenient to get a rental while I waited. I also felt my car would be safe in their lot - there was parking available, which was not the case at the much larger automotive repair in Gainesville. My car was only a few months old before the accident and looks brand new again.”

“JDM people: this is your shop. I have a 2015 BRZ and a 2000 LX470. I won't trust anyone else but these guys with my cars. They know tuners and pavement princesses (or legit off road vehicles.) I was a little worried about the suspension swap on the Lexus since it's an older vehicle. It was done within 24 hours. Was really happy with the clutch/flywheel replacement on my BRZ as well. Both are driving smooth like butter.
You won't regret bringing your babies here. Ask for Cory, he's the GOAT. I'll be back when the next batch of parts I ordered come in :)”

“Recently we dropped off a steering box to be rebuilt. We were told it would take 7-10 days.... 40+ days it was returned after Heavy Fleet and my husband fought with the company who was rebuilding the parts. When the steering box was fixed/returned, Heavy Fleet rectified the situation completely and we walked away satisfied customers!Heavy Fleet has EXCELLENT customer service, quality parts and we will continue to do business with them in the future.
