I went up on a Saturday and Leo was able to give me an estimate in 5 minutes before scheduling me into the very next week to bring my FJ in. In about 4 days, they called me to come pick up the truck and after seeing their work I was very pleased. Jose and Leo gave me a great experience and they do excellent work. “This is the second car we have gotten bodywork done on by Nova auto. The work is super! No complaints with this. When given the choice by insurance for a deer incident with our second car, we chose them again. The work was excellent!! They even buffed the other headlight so they looked more similar (we paid for this service) and it turned out great! An area of growth would be communication. There was communication at the start and we didn't drop the car off until most of the parts were in. There was an estimated time given and it had to be adjusted as that last part didn't come on time. The adjusted time was not excessive so no problem there. We were called when the vehicle was completed. However, we called them to check in as they did not call us to give an update as communicated she would by the lady in the front office. The work is great- 5 stars for this area!!! An area to improve would be with updates when you're hoping to get your car back!”

“I'm very new to towing and needed a 5th wheel hitch for my truck. I met Steve and told him what I was looking for and I had a ton of questions. He answered every question and we discussed a few options. I did some more research and after more calls to him and more questions he ordered the hitch. Called me when it came in and set up a day to have it installed. He couldn't have been nicer and I apologized for all the questions and wa line it's all good.
