I went here to school shop for my daughter, and LAUREN reminded me that I was a member and had points/Super Cash I could use. Her knowledge of Old Navy’s products (super cash and credit card) helped me with savings. I really appreciate her! People are quick to leave a negative review, but hesitate to spread the news regarding good service… So I just thought it would be great to show love to Lauren… Her kindness was greatly appreciated.”

“Laura was recommended to me after I had a tragic haircut elsewhere. She was fantastic! She took time at the beginning of our appointment to go over how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how I typically maintain and care for it, and what I typically do to style it. It’s been so hard to find someone who can cut short hair on a woman that looks stylish and sophisticated, and she nailed it! She did it so effortlessly, too. Shes a true stylist, and I’m so glad I went to see her. I won’t be seeing anyone else from now on!”

“JCPenney at Fair Oaks Mall is a good store to shop in. During my visit on a busy weekend, the store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Surprisingly, it wasn't overly crowded
They offer a wide selection of apparel, shoes, makeup and beauty products, small household appliances, kitchen utensils, and other everyday items. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.
Price-wise, I think the value is reasonable for the quality you receive, especially when it comes to JCPenney's own brands and the brands under its umbrella. They often provide a good balance between affordability and quality. Plus, most of the time there is a store specific discount that you can easily use during your check out.
I hope stores like this continue to thrive and attract more customers. While online shopping is convenient, there is still something valuable about being able to see products in person, feel the fabric, check the quality, and get a true sense of size and fit before making a purchase. Traditional department stores continue to offer an experience that simply cannot be fully replicated on a screen.”
“Today on August 14th 2026 I came into H&M to buy myself some new shirts and pants but I didn’t know my style or what would suit me In till I came across a worker name Abby, she was a excellent help and provided exceptional service, she was professional,honest and not once did she seem not on task,she gave me very good insight on what would suit me and helped me pick out stuff I felt confident to wear and satisfied to look in,I was surprised by her work ethic,you don’t usually see qualities like that from younger folks so it was refreshing seeing someone like that, nonetheless I highly recommend giving this store a visit the selection to choose from was broad the store was clean the fitting rooms were roomy and kept up with and the workers there are very well trained and professional, 10/10 experience!!!!”
