“Online booking was easy to use. When I arrived for my U-Haul rental, there was one customer service person to multiple customers. Another customer service person eventually came from the back to assist other customers. There was only one customer in front of me, and I had to wait about 20 minutes before being helped. When it was my turn to be helped, I had to scan a QR code and follow instructions on the screen to confirm my U-Haul rental. The first U-Haul truck I received had a check engine light on when I started it up. One other U-Haul truck also had a check engine light on. I requested a new U-Haul truck that had no maintenance notifications/issues. While using the U-Haul, the stabiliTrak notification kept coming on during the trip. Returning the U-Haul truck once done with it was easy as one of the employees came out to get the keys and I was able to go on my way. The main issue with this location is that they need to do a better job at checking the maintenance notifications before renting these U-Hauls out. It makes me wonder how often these U-Hauls get serviced.”
“Ok today I called penske in Manassas because I had originally reserved a 26 ft truck and a trailer to pull our car at U haul but then all of the sudden they say it was actually reserved in in Springfield but then they turn around and say they have nothing available I literally was freaking out because we're moving tomorrow and were all packed up and ready to load but then I called and spoke with a gentleman named Forester and this young man saved our day he put me on hold for 2 minutes while he could search because nothing was coming up as available he checked vehicles that had been dropped off that day and to my surprise he had found us everything we needed and he was fast and efficient In the details of everything what a wonderful person he is you feel proud to have him as an employee I don't know what we would have done without him God bless this young man Forester is amazingso”
“Tyson was absolutely calm and helpful. A lady was being rude to him but he still helped her and calm her down.
They are strict about returning the gas to the literal exact amount even if it’s one line below.
Otherwise they’re helpful and nice.”

“This location offered easy access in the Manassas area for picking up a moving truck and trailer. The counter personnel were very professional and specifically, a man named Jeremy really knew his trade and was about as friendly and nice a person as you'd ever want to talk to. He was quite informative and could answer anything to do with the business he was in at Penske. The 16-ft truck we picked up was fueled and in good condition. Friendly service and a decent price along with the ease of pickup made this as a smart decision for us during this move.”
