No complaints with the actual company. I used the online app for everything and the only tweak I would like to see is the ability to pre register and have the references checked before arriving at the business. The longest part was checking in and being verified.

The staff was very polite, helpful and understanding. The GM especially helpful after key i used to lock my storage didn’t work and helped all she could to unlock it! Extremely clean facility and I highly recommend this facility for any storage needs.

Everything went as you would expect until my son took the trailer back and I saw the bill. We were charged an extra $30 for the extended day. Should have been $29 like the first day.No excuse for the overcharge!
