“Came in for a tire patch and had to come back a couple times due to a thumping noise afterward. They stuck with it, kept working through the issue, and eventually found the cause. There was something under the car that was loose, and they fixed it at no charge, which I really appreciated.

They also took care of a brake squeak I had just to help me out, which I also extremely appreciated. Everything is running smooth now.

Overall, I’m glad they stayed on it and made sure everything was handled properly. Very satisfied with the outcome! Great team all around, especially the owner and his son Nick for going the extra mile.”

Keenan provided an excellent experience from start to finish. His customer service was outstanding—very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He quickly assessed my tire issue and took care of plugging it without any hassle.

What really stood out was how efficient he was. I barely spent two minutes at the information desk before he verified my details and got straight to work—no wait time at all.

I was also on an important work call during my visit, and Keenan was incredibly patient and respectful of that, which I truly appreciated.

“Awesome!!! They are very nice also professional, straight forward and honest. They did what needed done and didn't add things that didn't need to be done. I took my 2020 Mercedes SUV for a shock absorber to Chantilly Mercedes and when they called me they had racked up $7,000 worth of things to do. I went to AutoTech and they did the few things that needed done (and didn't add on) for $1,800, that's a huge difference. They saved me thousands of dollars! Thanks for the honestly I appreciate it.

“I just had my car interior detailed and exterior waxed/ cleaned. It was the premium package. After 2/3 years of driving off the lot. Having a child that eats messy in the car, myself always on the go practically living in my car because I’m always on the go. It was probably fries and chips, dust, sticky areas on my leather, and most importantly debris from just our feet. When I telllll you, when I picked up my car It looked and felt like it was the first time picking up my car up from the dealership. Even the exterior was fire. I had to question how did 1 person do all this work. I looked under the seats, in the crevices and nope nothing. I felt so worthy of wanting to give my friends rides and be the one like ok I will pick you guys up lol excellent, excellent service. Very pleased and happy.”

“Diego is the most honest mechanic I've come across. He was able to look at my car the same day I called and was very polite. My dealership had told me I was about to fail my inspection over some suspension issues, and after looking Diego said it was a little worn but that no repairs were needed and it would last for some time. I brought up multiple things I was told needed repair, which he said were fine. Instead, he pointed out some minor fixes I wasn't aware of (and that Acura hadn't mentioned) and went on to fix them the same day. Highly, highly, recommend. I've been to multiple mechanics in Tyson's, and they are alright, but Diego is the best and very pleasant to deal with (his wife too).”

“Had a slow leak in my front right tire. Was leaving on a long road trip next day. Called on a Saturday afternoon. “When can I bring my car in?” “How soon can you get here?” Dropped my car off, walked around the neighborhood doing errands and when I got back 30 minutes later my car was waiting for me. Stefan (sp?) was friendly, professional, and patient, explaining why it was necessary to replace the tire. He showed me a diagram of the tire’s vulnerabilities and handed me the offending nail which had caused the problem. Superb service start to finish.”
