As with any luxury brand, the prices are very high. I ended up looking at the wallets and bracelets and bought a bracelet. At checkout, I was offered a sparkling water by Patricia. “We recently stopped by the Chanel Boutique for some major retail therapy. The store is currently at a temporary location in the mall. The store did have a line of 2 groups before we could get in.I do find the process of lining up outside the store a bit annoying and I am seeing more and more stores using this to show popularity or manage shoppers.We did have a good experience once we were finally allowed in the store. The sales consultants (trying to be fancy for a uber-fancy store) were very helpful and took time to show us the products and answer all the questions we had.We had a good shopping experience (I'm sure my wallet is not so happy) and do plan on coming back soon.”

“I used to love coming here often but lately when they combined men section. I do not come often as used to be because I do not see many sales. Now I go to Georgetown for the Sales because they still have the section for Sales. Due to the commuting, I order online more often. If you come to the store and ask for help, I highly recommend looking for Flor. She is my top notch favorite staff!!!! Super sweet, extremely lots of patience, and she is always happy to help. She speaks Spanish as well so it makes me super comfortable to talk with her and her honest opinion when you try ons!!!! :) Because of her, it doesn't stop me to come by sometimes now! :) :) I suggest to shop during weekdays. Weekends is too busy and the staffs are not the same during the weekdays. Just my cents for a great experience when you leave the store. :)”

“I was very impressed with my recent experience at Hollister. The store was neat, clean, and smelled nice. I was browsing, and a nice younger man named Fayaaz approached me and assisted me with finding sizes and answering questions. I am very picky about jeans, as well as very cheap, but Fayaaz helped me pick out a style that was perfect. I bought 4 pairs, plus a few Polo shirts because they were on sale. I signed up for their rewards program and received a coupon recently, and I plan on going back. Hopefully when I return Fayaaz is there, and I hope his superiors know that his positive attitude and friendliness towards customers has gained them a new loyal customer. Thanks again Fayaaz!”
