Sara was communicative and thoughtful throughout the whole process, walking us through the special details while making recommendations to make ensure that we ended up with a sleek, modern design. When it came time to measure, Sara double-checked the body scan measurements herself, always checking in and asking how my partner was feeling in the suiting. We felt like we were in the best of hands through the whole process and really enjoyed ourselves too!We picked up the final product today, and the suit is extraordinarily beautiful - the color, details, fit - everything is perfect! “Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever had. It's just a vans store... I've had vans for decades, and IMO they're just standard shoes/clothes. But I took my kid here to find some shoes today, and the two women working had it on lock down. They were fantastic-- and I was so impressed with their attitudes towards the customers (which there were MANY) and ability to keep everything flowing. My kid tried on several pairs since he's in between sizes right now, and they were just so incredibly sweet to him. They worked really well together and just created a nice atmosphere. Thank you so much for staffing such amazing people. They definitely stuck out to us as exceptional.”

As with any luxury brand, the prices are very high. I ended up looking at the wallets and bracelets and bought a bracelet. At checkout, I was offered a sparkling water by Patricia. “This evening I had a pleasant interaction and superb customer service experience with Janet. I was shopping on behalf of a friend for a bday gift. I had no idea what to get so I walked into Coach and was greeted by a gentleman while I had my EarPods on so I waved and he said “welcome and let me know if we can be of assistance!” Great, it’s a no sales pressure environment. It’s been a while since I’ve been in Coach and boy do they have some gorgeous leather goods! I had my buddy on the phone talking through what I saw and looked nice as a gift. I turned in FaceTime for a quick call with her and motioned to the gentlemen that I needed help. He asked Janet to assist me. Janet smiled and headed my way. I explained what I was looking at and wanted to know the price point on the belt bag that could be worked on the waist or crossbody. Very nice 100% leather in blue or black. We selected the black. Janet offered to wrap and ship it directly which I didn’t know was an option. She put in a big box with a snazzy bow! Meanwhile I picked out a little charter crossbody bag for myself! Welp, it’s my birthday month so I get a gift to! Anyway, it was last little bag in the mustard color. She even engraved one of the tags with my initials! The service was superb and Janet reminded me that Coach complimentarily cleans Leather coach bags on the exterior. It’s best to bring them in for same day service Monday- Thursday. I’ll be back for sure. She’s a gem and a natural professional with excellent customer centric skills! I’ll be back! Happy shopping and say hello to Janet and crew!”

“I have gone here for years to buy high quality, good looking fashionable clothing. They recently sold the store to corporate. I hope they are able to maintain a good selection of outfits like they have in the past. I'm a little worried because they now have a lot of apparel with big lettering of the store name on them. They never did that before. I don't need to be a walking billboard, that is not fashion. Still, I do find good looking clothes there, so that makes me feel happy and relieved. I think corporate should consult regularly with the prior owner, because he/she was a fashion genius.”

“Shopping is not my favorite thing so coming to Tysons Corner is an event I avoid. True Classic made the shopping experience better. It's a smaller store with non-intrusive staff. They sell a variety of comfortable, nice-fitting clothes. (I picked up stretchy pants, an undershirt, and a button-down shirt.) During checkout, they had free bottled water and soda for customers.”

“I haven't been in the GAP in years. I popped in today to return slacks ordered online which didn't fit. I'm lucky that Carolyn was at the register. She was knowledgeable and answered my sizing question and I was able to find the correct size in the store and purchase the latest "faux leather" straight leg pants that fit, that I have been searching for. Thank you Carolyn. Another "WIN" is that David was at the register today. Some items had lost their tags -- I stayed and shopped after making my return -- and he was unflappable as he keyed in the codes to locate items. Thank you, David! If you haven't been to The GAP in a while, go. They have a fantastic sale now. I'm 5'2'", 110 lbs, usually a size 27/4 and I found many items that fit well, to include jeans, which is usually hard for me. Thank you again Carolyn and David. Your customer service has guaranteed my return.”

“I used to love coming here often but lately when they combined men section. I do not come often as used to be because I do not see many sales. Now I go to Georgetown for the Sales because they still have the section for Sales. Due to the commuting, I order online more often. If you come to the store and ask for help, I highly recommend looking for Flor. She is my top notch favorite staff!!!! Super sweet, extremely lots of patience, and she is always happy to help. She speaks Spanish as well so it makes me super comfortable to talk with her and her honest opinion when you try ons!!!! :) Because of her, it doesn't stop me to come by sometimes now! :) :) I suggest to shop during weekdays. Weekends is too busy and the staffs are not the same during the weekdays. Just my cents for a great experience when you leave the store. :)”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Oakley Store at Tyson's Corner mall. I was pleasantly surprised to find a registered optician on duty at the store who helped me get set up for new prescription sunglasses. He took me through the various lens options, frames, etc. And when we finalized the selection, he assured that the lenses would be correctly prepared by taking the measurements of the pupil spacing. I was truly impressed by the decor of the store, the professionalism of the optician and the impressive stock of frames on hand. Thank you.”
