It's just super! ?Always ready to help, works non-stop, he helped me a lot, kind, hardworking, decent, always smiling! You know, despite the fact that he is young, he is very experienced and knows everything well! I'm very grateful to him! Maybe because of such workers, T-mobile holds on and prospers! ?”

“QR Code Crisis: My First iPhone Experience
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (only for the nice employee)
Day 1: Excited to join Team iPhone.
Minute 5: “Where’s your QR code?”
Me: “What QR code?”
Them: “Your QR code.”
Me: “What QR code???” (x3)
After 2.5 hours of QR-code confusion, a kind woman employee helped me finally get my phone. Used it for 4 hours. Couldn’t find settings, couldn’t find peace, couldn’t find life. Returned it. iPhone wasn’t for me — but she deserves Employee of the Year.
My tombstone will say: 'He never switched to iPhone.”

“This 7-11 was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Not only was the clerk friendly, but also super helpful. Very clean and tidy which made finding what I was looking for simple and easy. I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to brew me fresh coffee and suggested using the coffee machine that grinds fresh coffee beans to make a variety of different coffees. What a game changer! It was so delicious, far better than a $7 cup of coffee from Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts. I wish my 7-11 in New Jersey had this coffee machine! He even took the time to show me the settings and recommended some of the coffee choices he enjoys. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but it did start with an “S”—a younger gentleman.

Moreover, it was incredibly refreshing to have someone go the extra mile to ensure my visit was enjoyable, which is very rare these days. The clerk's dedication to superb customer service truly made a difference. If I am ever in the area again, I will make sure to visit and support this establishment. Thank you again for an amazing cup of coffee and exceptional customer service!”

“This 711 is one of my favorite stores near my apartment because the employees regularly welcome me as well as every pleasant cashier keeps the store reasonably clean.The only big downside of the store is that the pump does not always accept my card. So I had to step inside, thinking it's a card issue, but I'm not the only one who has this problem. i hope they fix it.”
