“This review is specifically for Obi at the Genius Bar. I went to this Apple Store after a bad experience at the one in Clarendon. Obi was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he set realistic expectations upfront regarding the prognosis of my MacBook. I ended up trading it in for a new one. Obi was also able to fix my iPhone charging port! During my two hours at the store, I observed him skillfully working with several clients providing them with the same level of service.”

“This 711 is one of my favorite stores near my apartment because the employees regularly welcome me as well as every pleasant cashier keeps the store reasonably clean.The only big downside of the store is that the pump does not always accept my card. So I had to step inside, thinking it's a card issue, but I'm not the only one who has this problem. i hope they fix it.”

“This 7-11 was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Not only was the clerk friendly, but also super helpful. Very clean and tidy which made finding what I was looking for simple and easy. I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to brew me fresh coffee and suggested using the coffee machine that grinds fresh coffee beans to make a variety of different coffees. What a game changer! It was so delicious, far better than a $7 cup of coffee from Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts. I wish my 7-11 in New Jersey had this coffee machine! He even took the time to show me the settings and recommended some of the coffee choices he enjoys. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but it did start with an “S”—a younger gentleman.
Moreover, it was incredibly refreshing to have someone go the extra mile to ensure my visit was enjoyable, which is very rare these days. The clerk's dedication to superb customer service truly made a difference. If I am ever in the area again, I will make sure to visit and support this establishment. Thank you again for an amazing cup of coffee and exceptional customer service!”
