Rude customer service and horrible store policy. No wander they are closing stores left and right. Deserves to go out of business.

I went to my favorite brand Express store at Tyson Corner Center yesterday. I was in the store over 30mn nobody said anything even Hello to me. I left and walked to Francesca the next door and spent over $200 in clothes and jewelry
