“You would never think a convenience station would have food this good. But it's some of the best food around! I have yet to get something I didn't like. Plus, they are so kind and generous there. I frequently stop by on my way to work of the morning and get a couple of breakfast burritos. They also have delicious biscuits and breakfast sandwiches. My favorite lunch/dinner meal is their shrimp stir fry. Sooo yummy and perfectly prepared. They serve Mexican dishes and American dishes. As I've said, everything I have tried is delicious. I'd love to see them open a full service restaurant close by!!!”

“On Friday Aug 2 while taveling from Indiana to Pulaski Va to see my daughter, my transmission blew up and I coasted my car off the highway into their parking lot. I explained my situation to the clerks and they agreed to not tow my car as I had hoped to remove it by Sat evening. However I was not able to and I called and talked to the manager and he agreed not to tow it after hearing my situation. Finally got it towed to the scrapyard on Monday late morning. Everyone there was very kind and sympathetic to my woes. Once I can get another vehicle and make a trip back to see my daughter, I will stop in there to get a drink and gas even if I don't need to just to say thanks them again.”

“Theres absolutely no way you can pass through Glade Springs, Virginia and not stop at the Spirit. While your there be sure to check out the deli. Their breakfast is the bomb!!! Those biscuits and gravy are a must have. The ladies there are fantastic, friendly and outgoing. If you have been to Glade Springs, Virginia and haven't stopped then your missing out big time! Definitely recommend this jewel!”

“I was washing my car today and the guy was there behind the machine, he added some time for me!! I appreciate that! Thank you. I've been here a few times with my Trailblazer, and I really like how the wax is coloured, you can easily see where you've sprayed it, and makes it easy to clean off fully without leaving residue. The location is convenient right in the middle of town. Thanks for having this nice car wash for Saltville. Only suggestion is to try to have the town fix the potholes at the exit”

“I had to call the pharmacy a handful of times and wait for an extremely extremely lengthy time but when I finally connected with someone 9n 3 separate times over the phone it was not at all pleasant. But I went in person and they were slammed busy I was expecting the same treatment as I received over the phone but the woman who helped me was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXTREMELY KIND VERY VERY HELPFUL patient detailed in answering ALL of my questions and concerns. I Expressed to her what happened over the phone all 3 times and quickly she apologized for that uncalled for behavior and assured me that she'd handle it. And that that's not a normal reaction from this crew. So I accepted the apology (we all have bad days) and I HAVEN'T had any issues since. I have been in a few times more and it is always different employees in store and in pharmacy and each one so far have been decent. But the woman who helped me in person the first in person visit I made was such a delight. She truly deserves to be recognized for the way she approached the situation with me because it is very rare seen in today's world. Because of her being so awesome I am definitely rateing them 5 stars. And also because I've not had any other issues.”

“The store itself is fine. Most of the people I interacted with were friendly and polite, it was well stocked and clean. The place is a bit of a madhouse though. There's just about always a line for fuel and if you find a parking spot at ??? time of the day, consider yourself lucky.”
