“If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Charlie Jackson is truly outstanding. He made the entire repair process smooth, stress free, and incredibly easy from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure every detail was handled with care.
The body shop did a phenomenal job my car honestly looks even better than new! I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Thank you, Charlie, for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into such a seamless one. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized!”
“Traci & the staff were so helpful from day one! They were able to get me on the schedule fast, ended up telling me I can bring it in sooner than the first date they gave me. They were very welcoming, honest & transparent especially when it came to writing my estimate. You can tell they really care about their customers. A broke dusty low life female hit the driver side of my truck and they did an AMAZING JOB repairing it. Everything looks brand new and perfect. Thank y’all !!!”
“Capital City Collision did an amazing job repairing the bent frame on my utility trailer. They not only straightened the frame, they strengthened and reinforced the frame with sturdier steel supports, as well as beefing up the trailer tongue. They charged a very reasonable price and I ended up with a better than new trailer. Highly recommend.”
