“Johnny hooked it up! Needed rust spots fixed on my hood & rear hatch, plus a dent pulled out of my bumper. Johnny, true to his name, was less than half the cost quoted by both Dorn’s and Caliber. He only charged me for the hood and hatch, painted the bumper he fixed on his own, and buffed my headlights. Incredible value. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I have only had my car repaired one or two other times previously, but this by far was the best experience by far. I had my car towed here after it was stolen at the suggestion by my insurance. The staff was in constant communication to keep me updated on how my car was coming along and were always willing to answer any questions I might have.
My car was returned to me in excellent condition in a short manner of time. Being that I work five days a week and need to commute back and forth, I could not be more grateful for that.

“Between my daughter and myself we have used Flemings 3 times over last few years after car accidents they were friendly excellent prices work with my insurance company could not ever tell cars were In accident and quick repairs unless you had to wait a few days for parts didn't have to call them they reached out letting us know how the work was going we even stop by and spent little time watching repair to make sure it was to our satisfaction hope to never need them again that would mean we being in another accident lol but if it happens they would definitely be the 1s to do it”

“Outstanding service and communication. Immaculate repair on our Teslas x2. Reasonably fast repairs. Only concern is that it is extremely expensive to repair Teslas and some insurance plans do not cover what Burleigh’s charges. It’s the only Tesla certified shooting RVA, and they do excellent work, but the bill is going to sting.”
“My car was totaled in an accident recently and it was a very stressful situation. Johnny and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to get the issue resolved with the insurance company. They were professional, polite, and courteous. Johnny was upfront and honest about everything throughout the whole process. This shop advocated for me with the other guy’s insurance when they were being really shady and rude. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction because of Johnny and his team.

Richmond,VA 23231 the service writer Mr. Cal was very professional and personal as he did a estimate on the work that I needed done on my automobile and he was the best and then I had a great experience with one of the front desk workers that work there also her name was Ms. Marissa I had needed appointment to bring my other vehicle in for a estimate for to have work done on it as well and she made me a appointment for to bring it in and she went the extra mile to shedule my appointment as convenient as possible for me because of my work hours and she squeeze me in so that I could get it done and get to work at a reasonable time it's people like her that makes the world a better place. I was really happy and pleased with her effort. It is great to have employees like her on your staff.”
