“I would highly recommend Gorman and Sons for any repair needs you may have! I was unfortunately the victim of a parked hit on my brand new vehicle and was devastated—but relieved to learn they were a preferred shop with my insurance company. The communication and coordination between them and my insurance were seamless, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and professional.
Not to mention, my car came back cleaner than before! The carpets even look refreshed (I’m not sure if they cleaned them, but either way, I’m thrilled). I couldn’t be more pleased and truly can’t recommend Gorman and Sons enough if you ever need auto repairs!”

“I had a wonderful experience with my first and second visit at Caliber Collision at 4731 Eubank Rd. Richmond,VA 23231 the service writer Mr. Cal was very professional and personal as he did a estimate on the work that I needed done on my automobile and he was the best and then I had a great experience with one of the front desk workers that work there also her name was Ms. Marissa I had needed appointment to bring my other vehicle in for a estimate for to have work done on it as well and she made me a appointment for to bring it in and she went the extra mile to shedule my appointment as convenient as possible for me because of my work hours and she squeeze me in so that I could get it done and get to work at a reasonable time it's people like her that makes the world a better place. I was really happy and pleased with her effort. It is great to have employees like her on your staff.”

“Roy's painted the hood and cab roof of my Toyota pickup truck. The original seal coat had deteriorated badly and some of the paint had worn off completely. The body preparation and paint job done by Roy's was superior. The truck looks like new. I highly recommend Roy's for any body work you need to have done. You will be happy with their work.”
“Between my daughter and myself we have used Flemings 3 times over last few years after car accidents they were friendly excellent prices work with my insurance company could not ever tell cars were In accident and quick repairs unless you had to wait a few days for parts didn't have to call them they reached out letting us know how the work was going we even stop by and spent little time watching repair to make sure it was to our satisfaction hope to never need them again that would mean we being in another accident lol but if it happens they would definitely be the 1s to do it”
“My experience has been great at this place. I Have had some issues since getting my car back the owner Scott both times has been on top of it. For me personally, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect to be taken care if I have an issue after the fact. That is exactly what has happened here. Integrity. A week after getting my window replaced the window came off track. I drove right into Chester autobody- Scott stopped what he was doing- Came right out worked on my door for about an hour, Stripped the whole thing down right in front of me, not only found the issue but explained what was the issue, owned up to where they could’ve been better & didn’t make me feel weird about it in the process.
I I highly doubt that they ever have cars that come back with these type of issues, I am sure I am an anomaly. I just wanted to make sure I let others know who are looking for integrity in a body shop. It is here.”
“Outstanding service and communication. Immaculate repair on our Teslas x2. Reasonably fast repairs. Only concern is that it is extremely expensive to repair Teslas and some insurance plans do not cover what Burleigh’s charges. It’s the only Tesla certified shooting RVA, and they do excellent work, but the bill is going to sting.”

“Pete and the team did a great job fixing the scratches on my door a touching up other seller scratches on my door and trunk. He was super knowledgeable and explained to me what needed to be done without trying to upset me. The value was amazing! Maaco would have charged me double what Pete did. The receptionist, Kelsey was super sweet and made sure to get all my questions answered before I dropped my car off. And the BEST PART was that I only had to leave it there for 2 days. “Capital City Collision did an amazing job repairing the bent frame on my utility trailer. They not only straightened the frame, they strengthened and reinforced the frame with sturdier steel supports, as well as beefing up the trailer tongue. They charged a very reasonable price and I ended up with a better than new trailer. Highly recommend.”
