The work was completed efficiently in the time frame quoted and for the work order cost quoted. I have been to many other shops in the Richmond area over the lifespan of my vehicle (that has nearly 170,000 miles) and while some other shops may save you a few dollars, the stress and anxiety associated with their below par service and communication simply isn’t worth it! “I had called 15 auto shops in Mechanicsville area by 8:38am on a Monday. A gentleman answered the phone and I asked if they had any availability for a state inspection as EVERY shop I had called prior all were booked with people leaving their cars overnight in line for inspections or by appointment only. Some were booked out until next month. The man on the phone said if I bring it within the half hour I could get my car done today. I was there within 11 minutes! They have completed my inspection, it failed but that’s ok! At least I was able to get in and I will come back for the re-inspection. They are super nice here and safe!Service: Vehicle safety inspection”
