“This is the second bed cover for a pickup I bought from Leonard. The first cover looks and operates today just like the day I bought it. I visited recently to buy another bed cover for a new pickup. They don't carry that brand any longer, so I chose a different name brand cover. The manager was very helpful and extended 5% veteran discount. The only downside is that the company has started charging for installation. Not a deal breaker. I'll be back.”

“I’ve used them for a couple of years now but what really earned them the five stars is when my tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed there in the middle of the night. The next day it was musical-cars for me. Nothing. Went as planned except for Discount Tires. They were efficient, friendly, and communicative. However, what surprised me was they didn’t charge me anything. I thought it was a mistake. I told them this isn’t a car we’ve ever brought in (new car - we’ve brought in others). They told me that they don’t charge for a simple flat. Now, I don’t know if that’s because they know I’m a customer or if they do that for everyone. Either way, it definitely sets the right tone and keeps me as a satisfied customer.”

“Brian H. at this location was awesome. Had a battery warranty issue where battery had gone bad before 3 years, had recept but it was unclear if was swapped out under warranty before. Computer records were contradicting. Not able to verify with in law who bought battery because of dementia. Brian made the swap happen and we got a new battery. He went above and beyond and we appreciate it.”

“Traveling through Virginia from Massachusetts on our way to Orlando, we experienced a complete transmission failure in my old Honda Ridgeline. We had it towed to Mechanicsville Honda hoping for the best news about a repair but preparing for the worst. We ended up purchasing a new 2023 Honda Ridgeline long distance while we were down in Orlando. The entire team there starting with Andrew in service, Emilio in sales and Daryl in finance, made a complicated transaction go as smoothly as possible. None of this would have been possible without the guidance and direction of Billy Woodruff the sales manager. My only regret is that we don't live closer to Mechanicsville Honda because after the treatment we received, I would never go anywhere else. True professionals with honesty and integrity. A 5-star review isn't enough.”

“Great place to find all parts needed from maintenance parts to major repairs they have it all. I've even seen boats motorcycles and riding mowers so they have just about anything. I research high demand parts and inspection related parts go pull them then resell for a nice profit. Costs a few bucks to get in and u pull any and all parts you want. They have a service where they will pull. They have engine hoists for you to use and wheel barrels for parts. They also buy junk cars. This is one junk yard to visit.”
“Capital City Collision did an amazing job repairing the bent frame on my utility trailer. They not only straightened the frame, they strengthened and reinforced the frame with sturdier steel supports, as well as beefing up the trailer tongue. They charged a very reasonable price and I ended up with a better than new trailer. Highly recommend.”
