“Overall a pleasant experience working with Joe Hudson’s Collision repair. They were honest, polite and easy to work with. The communication throughout the repairs from prior to start to end was thorough. I was surprised when I picked up my vehicle to find it all clean and looking a lot better on the outside and even the inside than when I had dropped it off as they performed a complimentary detail. They will also help you to get a rental car and arrange a shuttle to take you to pickup a vehicle and let you leave the rental in their lot and they arrange for it to be picked up from there which is very convenient.Services: Painting”

“Traveling through Virginia from Massachusetts on our way to Orlando, we experienced a complete transmission failure in my old Honda Ridgeline. We had it towed to Mechanicsville Honda hoping for the best news about a repair but preparing for the worst. We ended up purchasing a new 2023 Honda Ridgeline long distance while we were down in Orlando. The entire team there starting with Andrew in service, Emilio in sales and Daryl in finance, made a complicated transaction go as smoothly as possible. None of this would have been possible without the guidance and direction of Billy Woodruff the sales manager. My only regret is that we don't live closer to Mechanicsville Honda because after the treatment we received, I would never go anywhere else. True professionals with honesty and integrity. A 5-star review isn't enough.”

“These people were amazing! My original battery had died and I also needed a full set of wipers. They saw me with my broken foot in a boot and volunteered to install them for me! Several associates came outside to help each other get all of it installed quickly in the heat. They couldn’t have been any better. Best experience ever at an auto parts store! Great job! Oh, and the product was reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend this fine group of people at the AutoZone on 360 across from Wawa.”

Fixed Honda Civic after a distracted driver slammed into the back of it. Hope I don't need a body shop again but would definitely use J&J again!!”

“These guys are a credit to the restoration parts industry! I ordered a lot of stuff (around $3000) for the doors on a 73 Vette. I got most of the order within a couple days and it is all correct and good quality. I noticed on my invoice that I had ordered door glasses for a convertible instead of a coupe. Totally my mistake. I had not received the glass because it drop ships so I called to see what could be done. Nate Isner in customer service took down my info and said he would call the glass supplier and see what he could do. He called and cancelled the glass and ordered the correct parts. He credited a refund to my account and then used the refund to pay for the correct glass. No $ out of my pocket and no problems. He followed up with a series of emails. These guys, especially Nate, know what customer service is and they rock at it.”

“This review was originally posted on the Fredericksburg location by accident, it was meant for this location (Richmond) 5 star service, very helpful & professional. I've dealt with many sales reps & Riefa is the best rep I've had in the past 2 years as a parts manager at Fairfax Collision Center. I won't deal with anyone else, period. My best advice to any parts people at bodyshops is to find the best rep @KSI (Riefa) and only order from them. She will get you the correct parts, and you'll have less returns. Not only that, she'll let you know is a part is on backorder or late.”

“This Walmart auto ?center is always great in changing oil ?tires, and air filters. However, they are short staffed. You have to catch them when you can.The hours available on the website don't always match. Very disappointing. It took three days to get an oil change.But like I said they do a great ?job.”
