“Mechanicsville store is my favorite old navy. Customer service is great! I love when going to cashier to make purchases they let me know my points and how I can utilize them. Have never had any associate not do this which looks great upon management. Also always neat and orderly. The other stores look like a rummage sale. Thank you Mechanicsville keep up the great work!”
“I have not done much if any in store shopping, since the COVID lock down. Today I was forced into going in store because my online order was cancelled. Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted by Hannah who would later assist me in the biggest way. My online purchase was rather large and she meticulously, throughly and kindly went through every item and walked throughout the store hand picking each piece. She even went a step further and priced matched every thing and ensured my purchase was seamless. No kidding, people like Hannah are 1 of 1. She was so thoughtful, charismatic, authentically cheerful and we had a very organic interaction. She truly made my day! She could teach a seminar on customer service and going above and beyond any day! You guys truly scored big with her!”

“What is not to love about this store ?! I found this gem in 2024 when I was pregnant with my fourth baby. Us seasoned mamas know how quick our babies grow so no need for the brand new price tags! Being able to support a wonderful business that also does so much like the blessing barn and mom closet I absolutely love! Currently pregnant and I got to grab a few postpartum items from the mom closet today.

I used to love this store, even though the employees weren’t the nicest. But i brought in some clothes & toys to sell. I’m guessing they took the batteries out of the toys and put them back into the box of clothes they didn’t buy. I kept finding little watch batteries all over my car. Finally i took that box out and emptied and there they were, in the bottom of the box. That would have been lovely if my kid had gotten a hold of them while i was driving up the road. Be more thoughtful.”
