“Best customer service experience I have probably ever had in my entire life. I couldn’t find some of the tops that were on a mannequin and without even looking for someone to help us, one of the workers named Abbi asked if we needed help finding them. They were in a certain area across the store and she helped find them in my specific size. She also picked out some tops that she thought would look cute on my cousin and I and encouraged us to try them on. One of the tops they did not have in my size and she helped me order it online instead. Honestly she deserves a raise. She is fantastic and honestly makes me want to go back to that store. I don’t write reviews but the service there was so good that it made me want to.”

She was also genuinely cost-conscious on my behalf, pointing out active promotions and walking me through the clearance section to stretch my budget. This wasn't a quick transaction—she spent nearly 4 hours with only me. The result was a **significant wardrobe investment**, and she followed up afterward with a call to check in on the purchases.
I've been a Brooks Brothers customer for **over 25 years**, across both full-price and outlet stores, and this was the best-fitted, most attentive service I've ever received. Edyta is the reason I'll continue shopping at Brooks Brothers, and I'd drive out of my way to her store for something as small as a belt or a pair of socks. **She deserves to be recognized and rewarded** — associates like her are exactly why Brooks Brothers customers are extremely brand loyal and keep coming back.”

I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. “I haven't been to a JCPenneys in years. I was at Chesterfield town center and had a lot of time to kill and a few dollars to spend; so I decided to see what Penney's had to offer me. I was so glad I stopped in, they carry forever 21 clothes and a lot were on sale for almost 90% off. I was able to stock up for summer and even get some fall items for dirt cheap. Adrienne the sales associate that works downstairs was amazing and so friendly. That woman is truly a treasure.”
“A huge shout-out to Manager Rebecca, Anari, and Leah — you three absolutely knocked it out of the park with your amazing customer service! I came in with my sisters and niece just a few minutes before closing (actually, right at closing time), and Rebecca welcomed us with such warmth.
I explained that I had an early flight the next morning and needed to find a shorts and an oversized shirt. Not only did they keep the store open about 10 minutes after closing, but they were extremely patient, helping me find exactly what I needed — plus a few extra items.
Because of these three women, I will definitely be coming back. In today’s world, it’s so important to be a true “girls’ girl,” and they embodied that perfectly. To the managers: please do something special for them — they represent this location exceptionally well.

“I just left the kid to kid store right by short pump mall. I was there getting some outfits for my grandkids, I'm not use to doing that, I perfer Amazon links or giving money and the parents do the shopping, I started to get overwhelmed and the WONDERFUL STAFF guided me through the sizing and helped me pick out cool stuff.
