It’s a waste of time. Everyone is very nice about it, but I wouldn’t waste your time dropping by there. Easier to donate elsewhere unfortunately”

They sell furniture as well. They sell HomeGoods and TV's. They also sell furniture. They sell books and wall decor. They also sell all kinds of books. It is a very friendly atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. You can't get really nice clothes at a cheap price.
Me and my fiance come here about twice a week. I find tons of nice clothes that I can't find anywhere else. I highly recommend this Goodwill.”

“My Name is Ms. Brown. 3 years ago I had a very bad experience with Goodwill in Fredericksburg, which is where I reside. I made a promise that I would never ever donate, and would ne er shop at another Goodwill again. Here i am 3 years later, my friend and I were in Ashland Va and she saw the Goodwill located at 10485 Dow Gill & Rte 1. Knowing that I don't shop at Goodwill, she insisted that I come in with her. Well, I did, and I must say upon entering the gentleman by the name of Michael, greeted us with a warm and professional smile. As i began to scan the store I was, I was really really impressed of how neat , clean, and organized the store is. The employees were very friendly and when I asked questions they were very informative. So I left with a happy and content feeling. So I returned on Minday and again the employees were friendly and I got a chance to meet Ron who was also very helpful showing me how to use the QR code. So, i have the privilege and the honor to shop at Goodwill. Hopefully the other stores that i plan on visiting give me this same experience. “I went here for the first time yesterday to sell some shoes. Prior to this I’ve gone to Plato’s Closet multiple times. I must say, much MUCH better return on my items at Buffalo Exchange hands down. In addition, the service was absolutely amazing… everyone was so nice. Mind you, they were not able to accept all my items, but the reason I was given made complete sense and I was assured that they actually took the time to inspect my items before deciding not to accept them. This is now my “go to” place for selling all my clothes and shoes.”

“You can find some great stuff here but they are way overpriced for many items. The prices of shoes are wild! $15-$25 per pair. Goodwill has them for $8. Clothes are priced high too. I'd recommend reevaluating these to move it out quicker. I would probably spend a lot more here if the prices came down a bit.”

Edited to add: a lot of reviewers are saying it’s over priced compared to before, but I think it’s reasonably priced compared to thrift stores in the present moment. I got a $4.95 tee shirt that would have been $10+ elsewhere or more for “brand name”. I suppose YMMV”
