“This place is really well curated. I’ve been to few shops in the south with this level of consistency in quality and beauty. The ones I recently visited in Charleston at this level were significantly more expensive. Of course that’s Charleston money, but the point is that most of these types of places are either junky or 1%’er money.
Walking through was a breath of fresh air.

They sell furniture as well. They sell HomeGoods and TV's. They also sell furniture. They sell books and wall decor. They also sell all kinds of books. It is a very friendly atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. You can't get really nice clothes at a cheap price.
Me and my fiance come here about twice a week. I find tons of nice clothes that I can't find anywhere else. I highly recommend this Goodwill.”

“My Name is Ms. Brown. 3 years ago I had a very bad experience with Goodwill in Fredericksburg, which is where I reside. I made a promise that I would never ever donate, and would ne er shop at another Goodwill again. Here i am 3 years later, my friend and I were in Ashland Va and she saw the Goodwill located at 10485 Dow Gill & Rte 1. Knowing that I don't shop at Goodwill, she insisted that I come in with her. Well, I did, and I must say upon entering the gentleman by the name of Michael, greeted us with a warm and professional smile. As i began to scan the store I was, I was really really impressed of how neat , clean, and organized the store is. The employees were very friendly and when I asked questions they were very informative. So I left with a happy and content feeling. So I returned on Minday and again the employees were friendly and I got a chance to meet Ron who was also very helpful showing me how to use the QR code. So, i have the privilege and the honor to shop at Goodwill. Hopefully the other stores that i plan on visiting give me this same experience. Thank you Michael, Ron, and all the you g ladies that assisted me. You all have a safe and Blessed day. ?????”
“Furniture prices often start out high, but they get marked down regularly. Good pricing on other items, and they mark everything down regularly. The store always has a large inventory. Not the cleanest place. All items in the store are 25% off every Tuesday.”

“My go to Goodwill in the Chesterfield area. The prices have gotten a little steep. Sometimes they mark the more expensive shoes with magic markers that cannot be removed and they cover the bottom of glassware with stickers and one cannot see where it was made or by whom. These are my two pet peeves.”
“I often shop here and there are lots of great finds, but I have to share my deepest appreciation for Emmy and Pat. I accidentally donated a pair of brand new pants that my son got as a Christmas gift, and never thought we'd see them again. We went by the store the next morning after realizing and they took our contact information and must have shared it with some other employees, because I went back by after work and spoke with Pat in the store who listened to my issue and we were joined by store manager Emmy who had heard about our quest for these pants and after speaking with me, remembered seeing them and somehow went in the back and FOUND THEM! I was so very grateful as was my son and I just wanted to say how awesome they were!”
“I'm consistently impressed with the clothes in stock here. I recently picked up a vintage designer floral button down in great condition, and two new casual shirts all for less than one comparable piece at a retail store. The staff were helpful, and my partner was able to walk in and do a trade with little fuss. I'll definitely come back seasonally before I buy elsewhere.”

“I love the clothes here, I don’t go often but when I do, I almost always find something of quality. Most recently I got this 100% vintage silk blouse for $3, for a few light stains that were easily removed at the dry cleaner, and Ralph Lauren velvet cargo pants.”
“What is not to love about this store ?! I found this gem in 2024 when I was pregnant with my fourth baby. Us seasoned mamas know how quick our babies grow so no need for the brand new price tags! Being able to support a wonderful business that also does so much like the blessing barn and mom closet I absolutely love! Currently pregnant and I got to grab a few postpartum items from the mom closet today.

“Great service and good prices. Staff is very helpful especially when donating unlike other donation/thrift stores where you're lucky to get an eye roll at best when dropping off items. Definitely my go to for donations and furniture is generally a better quality.”

We came in an hour before closing and I was rushing to see everything. The girl working was so nice giving us time to check out, I think her name was Nicole.
I will return here every time I’m visiting my daughter in VA.”
