He taught me so much about tires and told me where I could probably get in much sooner. He even inflated my tire so I could get there! The mechanics at the place He sent me told me the same info, which verified that both places had honest mechanics! I would absolutely trust going to this BJ's and highly recommend it to others!!! Just be sure to make an appointment first, because when you're good, decently priced and honest, you're slots fill up fast!”

“We choose BJs year after year because of this specific location (Mechanicsville VA). It’s a bummer to see such poor reviews when we’ve had mostly positive experiences. We’ve had small errors with online pickup but the store team never hesitates to make it right, quickly and kindly. My only gripe is recent - I’m not loving the weird rearrangement and relocation of the produce section; it’s just messy and seems like the selection of fruit and veg is now a bit sparse. That could also be supplier issues but I don’t know. But I love everything else here including the store team. Everyone’s helpful and kind and they even remember us and say hello. Oh and gas price alone is worth the annual membership!”
