“I have loved this place for years!We not only buy fruit, vegetables and canned items, we pick up the occasional baked good they offer.We have our own garden, but Berry's not only offers products we don't grow, but I have also picked up plants for our garden and they have always done well.The staff is always helpful and friendly.This place is wonderful!”

“this location is always organized and clean produce dept is kept stocked. If you don't see something or not happy with what you see(example..there were only 3 bundles of collars left. not to my satisfaction..I asked the produce employee if he had any more he said "yes miss i will get them and came bk with a new crate the collards look so good i bought more than I went in for. I cooked them and shared with family. I buy all my produce from food Lion. If you don't see what you need anywhere in this store ask an employee they have always helped me and I'm sure others as well . Last.. easy check out with friendly cashiers!!”

“I have a desire to relocate to Richmond. The first thing I need to know is where to shop my usual groceries. I'm surprised with this Kroger Marketplace in Mechanicsville Virginia. Wow. It was so convenient off the major throughfare. The location was easy to find. Price of my usuals are about the same or less. The sales items are well stocked. Only a few items seemed to be on shortage. That's normal and I get used to.Clothes department really throw me off. They got nice fashion and reasonably priced clothes for the whole family. Customers were friendly. I would return, most definitely.”

“The employees here are fast and friendly. There is no self check out here, but the cashiers do a great job being mindful of the line lengths and open more lanes when necessary. When I check out I am always greeted, which I greatly appreciate. The employees aren’t sitting around on their phones ignoring the customers like some places I have been to. Highly recommend”

“By far my favorite location clean as a whistle and the dollar section is amazing . One thing the lady that works on Sunday and this is my second Sunday coming in a month need to work on her hygiene I don’t think it’s her but her clothes it’s a very strong unpleasant cat urine ammonia smell .. I literally have to step back when she’s ringing me up . Seems like a descent lady so I hope someone can inform her maybe she doesn’t realize it (nose blind)”

“This is the first time , I been at this Bj’s store , I lived in the west end and go to the one in the west end , ordered on line and pick at at this location ! Everyone are friendly and willing to help! Infact this is the first time I have seen Bj’s employees on the floor , if you have any questions , they are there to help you ! I love this store ! “Walmart in Mechanicsville was a pleasant surprise they were in stocks of most everything I needed and wanted the staff was friendly. On the other hand Wal mart on 9 mile is always a disappointment there are times I go in and to deal with some of the staffing feel I am inconvenience to them. They are rude out of stock and to busy playing with each other or making love connections with each other. It's a terrible place to shop.”

“I went in this afternoon for soda and snack cakes and a friend that was with me bought cigarettes. The store is quite nice and has all kinds of products at reasonable prices. The two ladies at the register were very nice and checked us out quickly. I will definitely shop here again when it's not necessary for me to go to Wally World.”

“I have been a Publix fan for many years from when I lived in Florida. Unfortunately, I do have a complaint about the freshness of the lettuce used in the prepared salads, Southern Cobb in particular. Right after purchasing, the lettuce was already turning brown. Whomever prepares them needs to use fresher lettuce.”

“I have used Kroger Pharmacy Atlee Road/Rutland Commons for right around 10 years. The pharmacist are amazing. The majority of those working are kind, respectful snd knowledgeable.There are a few lately that have impacted the service we have received. One recently advised our prescriptions would be ready at a given time. We returned and were told it would be an additional hour. We shopped and waited. After speaking with another person NONE of the prescriptions were ready and one was waiting on a call back from a doctor. So they were not even close to being filled. We should have called before setting aside all that time, that falls on us. But aside from this I am so so so thankful for those who work so hard to ensure the best serviceand care is provided!”
