“Car Wash not in service. Have had a pump not take my membership card (twice at same pump). Gas prices are less than other nearby stations but more expensive than several nearby (independent, not the Exxon, Mobil, Shell, big corporate stations).Layout of access to these gas pumps must have been an afterthought. Entrance shares with grocery store and the main Sam's store which is very congested during rush hour and also when gas prices skyrocket.It's very annoying if you are in a hurry because you must enter your membership card, then the payment card, which can take a while to process. You are asked if you want the car wash too. Select type of fuel. Pump fuel. When you put the nozzle back you must wait for the prompt to print receipt. Meanwhile, the line of customers behind you grows and you look like you are just standing around. After you get your receipt you can leave.Tip: go when lines are short?You can also use your phone to pay. I haven't tried this feature yet...but I plan to!”

“I've seen some complaints about the lines being long and the customer service and I will say my experience with Sam's club has been mixed. I don't really go there for the customer service but for the convenience of buying some of the important things I need in bulk and the app makes it so easy to just scan and buy so I can skip the lines ( so I suggest a lot of you complaining about lines get the Sam's club app so you can scan and go and stop complaining). I will say my only bad experience was with a greeter asking only me for my membership card but didn't ask anyone before or after me for the same thing. But other than that I have no real complaints about the store.”
