“Car Wash not in service. Have had a pump not take my membership card (twice at same pump). Gas prices are less than other nearby stations but more expensive than several nearby (independent, not the Exxon, Mobil, Shell, big corporate stations).Layout of access to these gas pumps must have been an afterthought. Entrance shares with grocery store and the main Sam's store which is very congested during rush hour and also when gas prices skyrocket.It's very annoying if you are in a hurry because you must enter your membership card, then the payment card, which can take a while to process. You are asked if you want the car wash too. Select type of fuel. Pump fuel. When you put the nozzle back you must wait for the prompt to print receipt. Meanwhile, the line of customers behind you grows and you look like you are just standing around. After you get your receipt you can leave.Tip: go when lines are short?You can also use your phone to pay. I haven't tried this feature yet...but I plan to!”

“As a member of Sam’s Club, I I purchased tires and they were installed. They were very helpful and they did an excellent job with insulation. They were all very very helpful and did a great job of checking my vehicle to make sure that everything was up-to-date and in good condition before you let my car go, I recommend anyone to go here to get their tires. They also provide service for batteries good job Sam’s Club. I just wish I had more locations because there’s only like one in Richmond and they don’t have any locations in Fredericksburg area. Because of this, it makes it very hard to get to the store. I’ve only used my membership once this year.”
