Fried chicken at a food mart, I don't think so. I was the huge skeptic and so wrong that I was tasked to write this review. Let me tell you—our family of seven was craving that delicious golden goodness, so we held a little taste test: KFC, Popeyes, and NEER Food Mart. Guess what? NEER’s fried chicken was the *hands-down* winner.
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor that made everyone do a happy dance. And here’s the kicker—NEER is family-owned and operated, using their own secret recipe passed down through generations. So, yes, this isn’t just any fried chicken; it’s a labor of love and probably a lot of seasoning magic.
If you’re tired of the same old chains and want some homemade-style fried chicken that actually lives up to the hype, NEER Family Mart is the secret spot you didn’t know you needed. Highly recommended! Now you know too!!”

“They have really tastey fresh made chocolate chip cookies in the bakery.? They pack about 20 up in a container.. this is day 2 and Ive opened it multiple times and the cookies are still soft. They are so good, better than Subways cookies? so thats really good. Not to mention the single served donuts.. my favorite is the white powdered raspberry donut. Heaven!??️They have a clean seafood section with several options unlike a supercenter down the street. I enjoy their salad bar from time to time and I also explore the organic section and appreciate what I find. Im pleased to report the fact that they always have motorized carts available as I have trouble breathing and can not walk long distances.”

“A staple in our neighborhood! Def worth a visit! The staff is incredibly sweet, they have anything you need, amazing drink selection, baking needs, canned goods, tobacco, alcohol, and even cat and dog food! “All the employees of the pharmacy are SOOOO very kind and extremely helpful. Plus a WHOLE LOT cheaper. At walgreens my meds were 71 bucks....same meds at Martins is 11.44. I loved the pharmacist and techs at walgreens SOOO much but 60 bucks is 60 bucks in my pocket haha.”
“Came in from DC while on vacation and found this awesome butcher. They source their beef locally and get their pork from nearby quality farms. Bought NY strips and a lot of shaved beef sirloin cut. They were polite, kind, and helpful as I was lost on how to order. The butcher explained everything in a friendly manner and was very patient as we ordered. I am going to come back here next time I'm in from DC.”

The staff to seat you was trying to figure out who needed to seat who, but my server/bar tender was phenomenal! His name was Trey and he got everything I asked for while being super overwhelmed with everything (all the other orders)! He was still awesome! If you can sit at the bar, I promise he won’t forget you!!!! Amazing experience! If I’m ever in the area or passing through I will definitely stop. Also shot out to the cooking staff! Food was delicious and couldn’t stop praising you guys! I’ll let Trey tell you about it, I definitely told him! Thanks again guys. Other locations need to send people here to train during their first few months or year in the business!”
“Best pupusas in the area! I used to go all the way to manassas mall for the pupuseria there, but this is so much closer and the people are wonderful! They made it fresh and it tastes AMAZING!! Definitely recommend them:) Make sure to try the tomato sauce because it's to die for!”

“I lived here for 2 years. The only problem I had was the neighbor kept blocking me in. I was in the spot far back against White Oak Rd.The place is quiet...and very layed back.I'm sure now it's probably in the 800 range per month. It was 650 per month 4 years ago 2016.”
“As a rule, we don't go to Dollar General - corporate doesn't pay their employees a living wage & would rather pay off fines than abide by OSHA regulations. But we were hundreds of miles from home on a school/work road trip so here we were, needing certain things, knowing Dollar General would have them for a reasonable price, not having time to hunt things down at multiple stores. We were greeted several times, my husband rattled off the things we needed & we were immediately showed exactly where they were, the cashier at checkout was friendly, & POOF, we were on our way. They even helped us find ice as this DG location doesn't sell any. GREAT staff, so helpful, we are so grateful. ✌️”
