I had an exceptional experience at Giant grocery store today thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Brianna from the deli department. I was having trouble finding gelatin, and Brianna went above and beyond by coming out from behind the counter to assist me. Her personalized help and friendly attitude made my shopping trip a breeze.

“A small farm stand that sells fresh eggs, a few pantry items, and a bunch of fresh local produce at a very reasonable price. They also sometimes have duck eggs and freshly slaughtered whole chickens - just ask the owner or attendant. Remember to bring cash, they don't take cards.”

“I am impressed with Food Lion's quick help with an online order. Last week, I had several issues with the app and missing items, items I did not want, etc. I let Food Lion know and they were beyond courteous in helping rectify the issue. “It’s convenient and has a decent selection. My only big issue is that I have to be very careful with what food, paper, and plastic items I get. If they are anywhere near the detergents and cleaning products the floral scents of the detergents, air fresheners, etc., contaminates other items. I just bit into a taco shell that tasted like floral soap and I have had to throw away ziplock bags because they smelled horribly of perfume even after being left to air out for a few days.
Honestly the cleaning products should be at the other end of the store near the personal care stuff, not right near the food, or maybe it is an issue with the back storage room ventilation, I don’t know. I just know that I don’t want everything to smell and taste like flowers…”

“I grew up in this area but now live in Florida. I am visiting family this week and came by this store this morning to pick up some supplies for my niece’s tenth birthday. The store was well stocked and had every little thing I needed for a big birthday breakfast celebration. Unfortunately, this meant I got a LOT of items. Cart was overflowing. The cashier, Zachary, made the checkout process so easy and so seamless, however, that it ended up being one of the easiest checkout experiences of my life. He was kind, patient, professional, efficient, competent. The world needs more Zacharys. Everyone in the store was friendly to me but special shout out to Zachary for making this experience so simple and pleasant. 10/10.”
“Compared to before when it was really difficult to move around it is set up in a very well planned out design and for this type of store I would recommend it over many of the same style companies. I'm going to go back I'll tell you that. mainly because of the reorganization which is done by a very thought out part of their business.”
“Went in to get tires replaced for my Camry 2010 SE. Had ordered 4 tires (Crossmax 215/55R17, $355 for 4 tires with mounting, balance, lifetime balance rotate, road hazard warranty) online through Walmart website. Made appointment for 10AM and reached there by 9:50AM, had to wait for 1 hr 15 min before they started work on my car and completed everything by 12:15. Other than the over 1 hr wait despite having an appointment, everything went well without a glitch. Good waiting room, courteous staff. Would recommend going to this place if you have cars associated work. Will post a review of the tires on youtube after using them for a few weeks.”
