“Although some unforeseen technicalities colliding with my poor timing- both beyond anyone's control- thwarted my attempt to open an account at this WF brach today, I am leaving a 5 star review because Ross P. was the kindest, most helpful staff member anyone could ever hope for. He went above and beyond to try to help me, and he absolutely would have if not for the circumstances I described above, which were 100% beyond his control. I hope this man gets a pay raise, and proper acknowledgment from his superiors for the service he provides WF customers, which in turn, is a service provided to those superiors- hence if they are listening- he deserves a raise, promotion, etc.
