“Favorite gym I’ve been to so far. Super affordable, good equipment. The abductor/adductor machine is in the back so I feel a little less self conscious using it away from everyone. Also the hydro massage machine available for black card members is amazing. David is super knowledgeable and also very easy to work with.”

“This is an amazing place to workout. I've thoroughly enjoyed the instructors so far here. Maddie and Heidi were amazing instructors. I'm fairly new to orange theory and both of them went out of their way to help me with my technique and checked on me and showed me the correct form and way to do the exercises. They were both very friendly and had such positive attitudes and really helped encourage me. The front staff is also very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this orange theory location for anyone looking to try out orange theory and lose weight or get in better shape.”
“I’ve been a member of acac since February 2023. I am so glad we finally decided to put this in our budget! There is something for everyone in our family ranging from ages 6- 45. It’s not just a gym, it’s a club! We have all the amenities we need including weights, indoor/outdoor pools, indoor track, classes, weekly activities, and the swim team! The staff is super helpful and the kid zone is an added bonus for us. The kids love it! Great place to be!”

“Came here to say I absolutely love Stacy’s body combat class. She explains things clearly, makes everyone feel welcome, and is just a joy to be instructed by. I’ve used the gym here once or twice and the gym is nice as well, it’s got everything you need for a full body workout and feels welcoming also.”
“UPDATE: the gym has opened up on time for the last several months. Having the “backup” people opening has resolved this issue.
I really love this gym however there have been several times where the employees never show up at 4:00am. It’s frustrating when this is the only time you can workout during the day!!!”
“YouFit Gym Midlothian is amazing, clean, beautiful colors of green and purple, great latest equipments, pleasant atmosphere, wonderful associates, tons of group fitness classes taught by highly professional instructors. I worked out in many different gyms in Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Virginia Beach and Midlothian and YouFit is by far my favorite gym. I exercise 6-8 hours a week, it is very rewarding and I feel great!”
“The perfect spot for me to continue my recovery from a hop replacement, with several different machines to increase and restore leg strength, and treadmill where I can be entertained with a TV program while doing some otherwise boring miles of walking here when the weather outside is unpleasant.”
