Despite most of STIHL's saws being backordered, Pleasant's was able to find and secure a brand new saw and had it for me within a week.

They go above and beyond for their customers and the service is great, especially Jason Cox who is in charge of all things STIHL. He went the extra mile and was very responsive throughout the whole process. They just earned a customer for life!”

“They have great selection of food ,Ann is the best employee they gave but she works only a few hrs a week, they should give her a raise! Tool selection is quite poor on the name brands, ive bought more from the reduced bins we spend about 1k and k and half a mo, we are there quite alot, but we have rabbits, chicken s , ducks, dom custom rats and they have food for 90%of it all the time. You can get it cheaper somewhere else but you wont have to go anywhere else!”

“I never write reviews, but I needed to write a review about a phenomenal experience I had in the blinds department with Merrick. As someone who has worked in retail service and retail management for many years in my past, I know how rare and hard it is to find employees who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. I had quite the dilemma and issue with some blinds, and Merrick was one of the most helpful employees I have ever encountered. You can tell by first interaction with him that he genuinely cares about serving and helping people. Not only is he immensely educated and knowledgeable about his department, but his skill and precision to his craft is phenomenal. He treated me and my father like long-time friends upon first interaction. You could feel how much he wanted to assist and help us in or situation. Keep in mind this was in the evening at the end of his shift as well. He is a phenomenal team member for this Home Depot location to have. I would strongly recommend this location to hang onto him.

Even after he was done serving us, he immediately rolled into the next set of customers who were also waiting for his assistance with the same level of service with a desire to help them as well.
